Food is below mediocre and the employee attitudes are disgusting and depressing. They are taking up space in this neighborhood to sell overpriced dry garbage. I am PRAYING this restaurant is replaced with something better in the future, or at least better management that can offer more decent quality food at a decent price

Yeah. I was looking for a place to eat after a long drive up from San Diego. I’d never heard of the place.
So. We stopped there. And WOW! If you’re hungry or an awesome burger, please go to Jim’s! The food was amazing. The fries were fresh!
The 92 year old owner came up and served us our drinks. What a charmer!
Service wasn’t fast food like. It was nice. Friendly.
The decor is very 70’s. The restroom was out of order and really I was kind of disappoint cause that’s my litmus test for how clean a place really is.
Step back in time. Go get yourself some yummy food.
Prices are definitely NOT 70’s 😂. Two western burger meals cost $40+. But it was worth it!

This place has gotten so pricey over the years. The food is good but not worth the price. A cheeseburger combo sets you back $17 which is crazy. Only thing worth the price tag are the chili cheese fries or the DUI fries because they load them up.
Also be warned, not sure if their A/C is broken or they just keep it on low but if it's hot outside, expect it to be warm inside.

They have good burgers. Not sure about the chicken having as much flavor as I'd like for it being fried chicken. The chicken is cooked good, just missing flavor also disliked The chicken does come with a side sauce. The breads were good. All in all it is an average burger spot, I can say. Clean place. Just dont think it's a bang for your buck to get anything else but burgers or sandwiches.

Long time local here. Been coming ever since I was a kid. Food has always been great for the most part. However, I should warn people if the old lady owner is there you’re not going to get the expected amount of fries we are all used to getting here. Today I went for lunch and got my usual cheeseburger special. I saw them loading my order into the bag when I look over at the old lady (she was in charge of putting fries in) and she put in the order of fries, looks down into the bag and literally says, “oh that’s too many fries” takes the bag out and puts in another order of fries with less in them. Now as I said I’ve been coming here for the past 20 years… can I overlook them using other business drink cups, sure. (Long timers know what I’m talking about lol) Do I mind them charging more money when the lady is there, don’t care. 1.25 for a cup of water? Meh. But for them to now nickel and dime you on the amount of fries is sadly the last straw for me. Even though the food is good, especially the fries I won’t be back. I normally don’t write reviews unless I feel strongly about something. Next thing I’m sure they’ll start charging for are the yellow chilies.
