I ordered from Uber eats to pick up myself. They accepted the order. They closed and didn't have the courtesy to cancel it on their end. I was not late. All they have to do is turn the online orders off and/or cancel my transaction. But instead, I think they scan the system because they know how hard it is to get it refunded through Uber eats. I still got charged.Until twenty minutes wasted asking for a supervisor etc.

Worst delivery experience ever.Ordered the food, left hanging for over an hour only to call back and was told their driver called out sick and they won't deliver.Didn't bother calling me to update me, didn't bother offering me a refund, just said "we don't deliver today".Save your money, go somewhere else.

I gave Jinos another chance, but this. Is yet another awful experience with the food. The chicken parmesan is awful. They burned the chicken, and topped it with overcooked pasta. PLEASE don't EVER order from here.

When the guy came to deliver my pizza I paid him Tip him I came back inside and open my box when I called I ordered a Hawaiian pizza the man on the phone said the one with pineapple on it I said yes the Hawaiian pizza with pineapple on it he told me it would be 45 minutes and it was but when I open the box who was pineapple only he said he asked me twice if I wanted pineapple only that was a lie in 20 years I have never ordered anything but a Hawaiian pizza he told me he has lots of customers and hung up on me I was acustomer for 20 years be careful

i had delivered a pizza & steak sandwich. the steak looked old and was thrown together. it looked like a 2 yr old made it. i took it back & the owner said he's seen millions of me(racial) mind you ive been there before but this was ill made. he told me not to come back..what an owner 00000 rating on customer service

This place is a SCAM. I ordered from Uber eats without knowing this place delivers through their own employees, so u cannot track delivery on route. When u call the place it always goes straight to voicemail. App shows delivery time from 20 to 30 minutes and after 3hrs of restaurant being closed it still shows delivery on route. Then I got charge for item I never received. Order was place at 11pm and item says delivery at 2:22pm. Uber eats didn’t want to help with issuing a refund because the restaurant delivers themself, and there is no way to get in touch them.PLUS READ THE BAD REVIEWS ON FOOD QUALITY I’m sure they are accurate. I only order from them bcz says fast delivery but no luck only got fraudulently charged. The google site says delivery from 11am to 9pm but the Uber eats app is set to take orders until midnight. So their system is system to take orders n process them when in real time they closed for business, then you still get charged

This place took one hour 45 minutes to deliver my food when they said it would take 40 minutes and i order a supreme pizza and it was cold and not cook very well and the burger i ordered was cold and had no veggies if i could give 0 stars i would ....
