Someone said no seating but there is outside seating with a view of the walk of fame. Also service by Kedase behind the counter was exceptional.

For a place labeled as “express” waiting 20+ mins for NO RAMEN is kinda nuts. Asked for a refund for the long wait and was only refunded the meal amount and not the tip I payed as well. Workers were talking in a group when they should’ve been prepping in advance to avoid such situations. Completely unaccountable knowing the high standards Jinya has across all locations. This one has fallen behind severely.

This is the place if you like to pay 100x the price of what ramen costs. Taste is ok. Service is way too slow and not much veggies or protein

Lower quality than regular Jinya. The broth is thinner and the menu limited.

I’ve visited many Jinya locations, but this LA express location was far below standard. The food tasted like instant noodles, lacking the usual quality. The staff member at the counter was noticeably unwelcoming and appeared frustrated. I also witnessed tofu fall onto the counter and get placed back into the container an alarming hygiene issue. This location urgently needs a food-safety inspection, proper staff training, and improved kitchen standards to meet Jinya’s reputation.

Food is a bit disappointing; it's not as creamy as the one in Studio City, and it's bland. They don't have the full menu and seating is outside

Wish there were more plant based protein options other than tofu but still pretty good ramen. Loved the spicy garlic edamame.

We came to this location expecting the quality of Jinya Ramen but our tonkotsu was watered down, the seasoned egg was way over cooked (burnt) and the service was pretty awkward, it felt like she was making us a favor by taking our order. I would never recommend this place, it’s also served on paper bowls and you can only dine out with the same price of a regular restaurant. Thumbs down

The food is amazing but the attitude and lack of honesty of the woman working behind the counter is concerning. They are frequently out of items that go in their premade bowls and rather than be upfront and honest about this, she substitutes for other ingredients or just leaves them out without notifying customers. This brings up both food allergy concerns as well as pricing issues for things like protein. And then she presents attitude towards those who inquire about these problems and often has to be talked to repeatedly to correct issues. This has been one of our favorite places to come but more recently the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Avoid this place. They never have anything and the workers there are rude.

Highly understaffed. Was waiting for so long to even get my order taken and there was no one in front of me in line.

Its ramen is not fancy but really good.
Fast service.
Nothing to see here… not unless you want the view across the street, which is a dull Jimmy Kemmel Live tarps!
