Wish there were more plant based protein options other than tofu but still pretty good ramen. Loved the spicy garlic edamame.

We came to this location expecting the quality of Jinya Ramen but our tonkotsu was watered down, the seasoned egg was way over cooked (burnt) and the service was pretty awkward, it felt like she was making us a favor by taking our order. I would never recommend this place, it’s also served on paper bowls and you can only dine out with the same price of a regular restaurant. Thumbs down

The food is amazing but the attitude and lack of honesty of the woman working behind the counter is concerning. They are frequently out of items that go in their premade bowls and rather than be upfront and honest about this, she substitutes for other ingredients or just leaves them out without notifying customers. This brings up both food allergy concerns as well as pricing issues for things like protein. And then she presents attitude towards those who inquire about these problems and often has to be talked to repeatedly to correct issues. This has been one of our favorite places to come but more recently the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Avoid this place. They never have anything and the workers there are rude.

Highly understaffed. Was waiting for so long to even get my order taken and there was no one in front of me in line.

Its ramen is not fancy but really good.
Fast service.
Nothing to see here… not unless you want the view across the street, which is a dull Jimmy Kemmel Live tarps!

Its my first time trying ramen salad And I really like it. the texture and the sauce really compliment the noodles as well as the protein

Disgustingly overpriced. Better eat instant ramen than spending money on this

This was NOTHING like the typical JINYA experience. It was SO disgusting I threw my food away. It tasted worse than a bad homemade ramen. I will literally never go here again and I was SO disappointed because I was excited once I saw I was by a JINYA. Gross!!!!!

Maybe we came on a bad day, but this ramen was so BLAND. We ordered two different bowls (tonkatsu black & chicken broth w crispy chicken) and came to the same conclusion. The flavor was nearly nonexistent. I've been to Jinya in Austin and did not have this experience. What a waste of money. I'm currently waiting for my children to stop eating their Johnny Rockets burger so I can clean up the leftovers.
