Despite being called “ramen express” the flavor of the ramen is really delicious, I recommend the tonkotsu and spicy tonkotsu with the pork chashu, I don't give it 5 stars because today they didn't have eggs for the ramen.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Jinya Ramen Express on Hollywood Boulevard, and I was really impressed! The ramen was excellent — full of flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and a rich, satisfying broth. It’s an express-style restaurant, so there aren’t any seats inside, but I had no problem enjoying my meal outside using one of their tablets, which made for a convenient and casual dining experience.

Great place in Hollywood for an authentic Ramen. I tried Vegan creamy ramen. You have couple of vegetarian options available here. Good price and great food. Slurpy noodles with Tofu.It's on the 3rd floor if you face any issues locating it.
