2 dollars for extra dressing on a 17 dollar salad for non premium dressing the most 1 dollar
Sales not really at good prices, trying to open the bathroom door is super annoying, couldn’t open it and no staff offered to help
do not use their website to place an order. they scam people with deliveries
Terrible service and disrespectful attitude towards guests. The owner is a very rude woman who speaks arrogantly to clients. The food is tasteless with artificial additives and unhealthy food. I don't recommend this place!
The food is good but it’s never warm. Soup, eggs, enchiladas, etc always room temp.
I was excited to stop in, browse and order food to go. Unfortunately, the tuna melt didn't meet my expectations. The tuna was a bit fishy, but the bread was tasty. The cucumber salad was good. I will give Joan's another try when in the area.
No cash accepted, everything was ok, nothing was great, except for the hash browns. Chicken was cold and dry, tuna salad sw was average at best, Mac and cheese was also dry and quite plain. Used to be an institution now's just an average "gourmet" sandwich shop. The service was amazing though.
Chinese Salad !!!!!!!!! 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽
You can see your order is ready for pickup but no one gives it to you
This cafe does not accept cash!
I came here for lunch but forgot my bank card at home. I placed my order, and only after that was I told they don’t accept cash. There are no signs about this, neither on the door nor near the checkout area. It made me feel awful, both emotionally and physically, because I was really hungry.

We are in town to go to Universal, and staying at the Garland Hotel. We ordered this food via DoorDash. We put allergy alert in the notes and I immediately got a call with them telling me the item we ordered had our allergen. They quickly worked with us to figure out an alternative way to prepare the meal. Our food delivered quickly and OMG. Best food we’ve had since we arrived. Maple chicken sandwich 🤤, the homemade pickles were amazing, our kids enjoyed their food (breakfast burrito and sandwich) and the Chinese chicken salad was top notch. I feel like I’m being dramatic but I’d eat that Maple chicken sandwich for a birthday meal 🤣 thank you to the staff for preparing a delicious healthy dinner for us even though it was via DoorDash, it tasted like we were sitting in the restaurant. Next time we are here we’ll come visit in person. 5 ⭐️ for service and food!

Joan’s on Third is a collage of deli, coffee shop, bakery, wine shop, and gift store - all nestled quaintly on 3rd Street. We went for a relatively quick breakfast: one of us had an omelette and the other a coffee and slice of zucchini bread. It’s a great place for a quick breakfast or lunch, or something on the go.
