Terrible service at this location today (6/29, around 2:45 pm).
Ordered on Postmates for pick up. I walked in and gave my name… he said it’s not ready yet. Later a lady asked if I had been helped… I gave her my name and she handed me the bag I witnessed put on the counter 10 minutes prior. He knew I was waiting for my order and he personally made my drinks… why didn’t he tell me it was ready? Another couple had even walked out of the line because they were extremely slow and socializing back there versus working. Terrible!

Tried the turkey sandwich literally reminds me of my favorite thing-Thanksgiving dinner. Loved it a lot maybe even more than Tunacado tbh.. Christian always makes it so so good shoutsout to him for making the atmosphere A1. Always special to see, big big matcha energy always

I recently revisited Joe & The Juice at their Melrose location, and wow—what a turnaround! The sandwiches and smoothies were not only delicious but also prepared swiftly. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere had a vibrant, welcoming vibe. It’s clear they’ve stepped up their game, making it a go-to spot for a quick, healthy bite.

Bowl wasn't bad but not the greatest either. What bothered me more was the service..pretty passive aggressive workers and just fake in trying to help. It was my first time there and not quite sure how it all works paying via the app and all and I just wanted a refund so I can pay with a different card it was such a pain to do where I feel like it's something pretty simple and easy like all other places. They already lost my business and my friends before it has even begun.
The staff were kind. I appreciate the free wifi

It was my first time ever trying Joe & the juice and it was super good. I got the spicy tunacado and I ordered Joe’s green mile juice which was really good also, it was very lemony but I liked it. I also ordered joes club for my friend, and i unfortunately didn’t get to try because we found a long hair when we took the first bite and it just really grossed me out. But aside from that it everyone was great, 8.5/10. 😊

Juice tastes really good - light and fresh. I didn’t realize all of the juices come with olive oil and the manager re-made my drink for me when I asked. Excellent customer service!

The 2 girls working in the front deliberately lied about the price of the drink thinking I wouldn't notice when I came to pay for a small drink that was pretty ft up... The drink tasted good otherwise & the place was lovely.

the atmosphere and decor of this place are lovely, and the vanilla matcha was extremely delicious as well! however, the servers never seem to ask us for the size of the drink, and default to the largest size. when you ask them to change, they are pretty rude about it. other than that, the drink itself was tasty.

Joe & the juice in Brentwood… is ok. Feels like a place that’s not busy. We ordered 2 juices, a chai lattte, 2 sandwiches and a açaí bowl… $ 95.00 with tip, didn’t get a cigarette after.
And… to be honest- the sandwiches are a bit tricky to eat… served on crisp bread wafers ( think graham cracker- but bread). And the food falls out easy.
Won’t be running back!

Paid $12 for a juice, primarily for the ginger, and didn't get a taste of ginger. Waste of money.

I have seen this place online for quite some time but I finally made my way to try it today. It ended up being as good as it looked online - I had the tuna avocado sandwich and my husband had the club and they both were delicious. The sandwiches were flavorful and the bread was delightfully crunchy!
We also ordered a chocolate protein drink. It was not super sweet or super chocolately...so for me it was just Okay but my husband liked it a lot. I also got the Iconic Tonic and that was good but the drink cost over $16 alone with tax...that's a too expensive in my opinion. On price alone..I probably would never buy that drink again. Overall, it was still a good experience. I definitely recommend for others to try this place out if you are in the area. I hope they expand out to Orange County.
Vegetarian options: All the drinks and smoothies are vegetarian and some of the sandwiches come in a Vegan option.
Parking: Hard to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: I don't really think this place has a kid friendly menu...maybe teens and older. Lol
