Unfortunately, the almost $14 calzone that I ordered looked more like a stale small croissant with one blade of onion in it. When I pointed that out to the pizzaiolo guy, he implied that I didn't know what I was ordering. I gently answered that I know what a calzone is and that didn't look anything like that. The guy scrolled his shoulders and said that it what I got. That's all. The kitchen doesn't looks too clean and the experience and customer service was not as expected. Moreover the pizza was absolutely disappointed but the employees don't care at all if you are satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, I have to say that I'll never order anything from Joe's pizza again.

Been here for lunch, and the guy running the shop gave a good experience. Came back last night and it felt like a different place. The energy wasn’t as good as the first time I went. While waiting for my food, I watched the cashier throw on gloves and then eat his Doritos over food while also handling food. Didn’t swap gloves either, just clapped the Doritos dust off and continued working.

Oh, and the Meat Lovers ‘zza? They threw a bunch of sliced sausage on top of a pep slice and then warmed it up. It’s not what I had the last time - yeah, caused a soggy bottom. No good!

Totally unsanitary and probably not worth my visit any longer. I’ll be heading over to Best Fckn Pizza down the street from now since they seem to have pretty great reviews.

The cooks eats their own food over the food that they’re fixing. They don’t wash their hand, they go outside and take breaks and continue too fix food with washing hands. I witness the cook scratching and rubbing his nose. They’re just unsanitary. The pizza is good but I wouldn’t never order from this location. Santa Monica Blvd is better because they wash their hands.
