I arrive at this special place many times because I enjoy the good air that is outline this place. The personel is exceptionally loving and experienced. The service is very rapid. Not to mention, the food they serve is outstanding. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The price is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

So delicious... I could eat there daily. Falafel to die for - not those dry heavy things people say is falafel - but a just right crispness with an airy inside ball of delicious perfection. I've never been disappointed and take all my guests to dinner there.

Really good pizza but I think it went out of business? When I called the listed number it is no longer in service. ?

I don't care what anyone says. This is the best pizza I've ever had and I travel a lot and I've never had better. I used to live near the pizza place and I would have their pizza 3+ times a week. I love this place and I have some of my most cherished memories there. Such as my first soda, a class field trip, and overall just lunch with my parents and friends.

Pizza was less than mediocre and stale when I ate here a while ago. I shouldn't have expected much anyway since it was probably sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Also, the female manager was rude and seemed to be judging me based on my appearance. Terrible food and service, as other reviews have stated. I wouldn't be surprised if this place went out of business.

ate here last week and pizza slice seemed like it was left out for a while. And it was too greasy. Also, rude customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business soon

I work close by and I sporadically stop by for pizza. Today, I stopped by for wings and they were terrible. My coworker got pasta and loved it, but they saw that I was not enjoying my wings and did nothing. I attempted to bite into another wing and I didn't get any meat. The wings were basically fat and breading with hardly any meat. I was so disgusted. I left my wings exactly as shown in the picture. YES, I WAS STILL CHARGED DESPITE NOT EATING ANY OF THE WINGS. I will not be return and I will inform my coworkers not to return.

Have been going to Johnnie's for about 5 years. Really liked the pizza and chopped salad. Went to it today and was shocked. We walked into the restaurant. Most of the tables had food on them. There was very few tables to sit at since few tables were bussed. Not enough waiters. There was 1 worker way doing the pizza. What a sad sight. The food has been steadily declining. We asked if it was under new management. They said yes. We walked out. Dirty tables and sparse look. No one to bus tables. Looks like they are going out of business.

Who doesn’t love one of LA’s class has pizza joints? Ever since to do hunters to go over I have to admit they’ve kept it almost the same pleasant and enjoyable and the food is just unreal good I always have to have a slice of pizza that’s my go to.

Great food, fresh and using real ingredients. Also the food is not salty, like many other Italian shops.

Dropped in for dinner while doing tourist stuff. Pizza was delicious!! Marinara with garlic knots they give you without charge is also very very good! Service was so pleasant. Worth coming in for a meal.

If your going to eat pizza from this restaurant I would not recommend ordering it by the slice. When I entered the restaurant I asked if there were any fresh pizzas made and the waiter said not at the moment only the pizzas they already made for the day. Long story short the pizzas i ordered were stale and tomato sauce was dry the cheese was still slight hard on the edges and the crust was non edible. If your looking for pizza by the slice this isn’t it.

I'm a New Yorker always on the hunt for great pizza! This pizza is normally delicious, but today I stopped in to grab a slice and when I got to my vehicle and bit it...started chewing and it tasted stale like maybe sat for awhile....didn't taste fresh at all I spit it out and threw it away. Disappointed ‍♀️

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon before going to La Brea Tar Pits. We ordered 2 sandwiches, and several single slices of pizza. We were hoping this would be a fast stop, as it was already 2pm and the place was pretty empty. Instead of ordering a whole pizza, we opted to order single slices of the already made pizzas. Boy, were we wrong. Sandwiches came out after about 30 minutes, but the already made pizza took almost an hour. The two sandwiches were almost finished by the time the first slice came out. This was incredibly frustrating as the pizza we had asked for was literally already out at the time we ordered. But the wait staff is so disorganized, they were given to another table who had ordered AFTER us so we had to wait for a new pizza to come out. When the new pizza was done, it took another 10 minutes to wait for them to bring over the darn slice. We were sat right by the counter and had seen the waiter haphazardly hopping between tables at the restaurant. He never really seemed to get one job done before moving onto the next. Other than the hour long wait for a slice of pizza, the food itself was pretty bad. Pizza wasn't good, Dominos or Costco is better. The sandwiches seemed OK, but not worth the stress or the wait. Prices are also pretty steep for what you get. Wouldn't recommend.
