Loved everything we had. Great service. Highly recommend the tom kha, pad thai (we substituted cashews) and then the roti with condensed milk and ice cream! Delicious! Great value!

I really wanted to like this place. Saw the raving reviews and thought I found a new gem. For context, I live near Thai town and eat a good amount of Thai food.First, the service. It was great. The cashier who took my order was very nice and friendly, very welcoming.I grab the full menu to order takeout and she points and lets me know they have lunch specials. I’m sold on her suggestion so I look at the list and order the Panang Curry and Iced Coffee. $14. All good. The coffee was okay, not memorable. Flat tbh. I wouldn’t get it again. Not bad for $3.50?Issue number one with the curry was the lunch special portion. I wish I had known it was half the size of a regular order. It came with a small rice and salad. The curry was flavorless. Possible the most bland I’ve ever had. That’s it. I can’t even add anything. I also found a piece of dark chicken meat that was unpleasant. My favorite places: My Thai in ktown or Torung in Thai town

Amazing food & service! I had the dinner special which included Tom Yum, fresh rolls, and an entree (I got orange chicken) and it was more than enough for 2 hungry people! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful and even packaged our to-go food for us neatly, which was a sweet touch :) It was a quiet night at the restaurant when we went. Definitely give this place some love!!!

Very friendly service and delicious Thai Tea and Pad See Ew. Incredibly affordable as well, especially the lunch specials.

I went in for a pre-ordered online when I arrived, the cashier notified me that they did not receive my order. I looked on my phone and saw that the order was not received I asked the waitress to take my order she proceeded to request that I complete the order online I'm here now, I requested that she take my order she was annoyed with me, once my order was ready, I requested two sauces per order she didn't give me any napkins no utensils she said I have to request them She was very rude & bothered that I requested the items once I got in the car and realized that she did not give me two sauces per order I had ordered four individual orders of egg rolls I only received one sauce per order. The food was OK. I will not be returning due to her mad rudeness.

Very good Thai food and place. Most of their biz is takeout or delivery. Nice place to eat in calm setting. Audrey happens to be a fantastic Manager. She sometimes double with the Sushi eatery next door. A staple for me in the Fairfax neighborhood.5

I love this place! I love the pricing! I love the employees! The food is amazing! Get the Thai iced coffee it's so delicious and only $3. The yellow chicken curry with white meat was fantastic. A lot of flavor wish it came with more tho. Doesn't come with rice.

You can't go wrong with anything here. Favs are drunken noodles and papaya salad! Obsessed with the crushed ice here.

Just ordered this for takeout/delivery dinner due to the DoorDash ratings and featured spot to try! Definitely a fast delivery and food seems fresh and very tasty. They also packaged it very well especially the hot ginger tea (not pictured) I'm only disappointed in the salad dressing which I got peanut dressing and it's way too think and not the dressing I was anticipating from prior dressing experiences. However everything else is so good and great shareable portions. It's so much that some of this will definitely be a super midnight snack and or leftovers lol Also other complaint is the temperature of the fried vegetable spring rolls but they make up in their taste I am not sure what the ambiance and service is like but they did forget my note of utensils and napkins and reading is fundamental for sure because I didn't know they cashews were in the pineapple fried rice, good thing I'm not allergic but wish they had more options to select what you didn't want in a dish Overall definitely would order again and eventually explore what the dine-in experience is like

The lunch menu at Joom was delicious and an outstanding value. We each got a $9.99 full size entree: Pad Thai with chicken and a Chicken Yellow Curry. Both came with a side salad and the curry had rice as well. The pleasant surprise was that the chicken was quite moist the amount of chicken was generous. The staff, at what appeared to be a family run restaurant ,created a welcoming atmosphere.
