It was delicious before the owner changed, but the tteokbokki was not very good and the sundae was changed from sticky sundae to something else, so I ate one and threw it all away.Don't eat it thinking about the past.

The food is still delicious and the sundae is clean without any unpleasant smells. I have been buying it often for several years, but the container size keeps getting smaller and the quantity decreases accordingly, so it is difficult to share it with many people.

Absolutely wonderful little place! During the summer I lived a 10 minute drive from Jopok and would order ahead and takeout which would only take 10-15 mins to make. My go to is the Cheese tteokbokki which comes with fish soup as well. Mild spicy, lotssss of melted cheese, and absolutely delicious. As far as I know there are only 2-3 people working here and they are all nice and super sweet. It’s usually not very busy, so the wait times aren’t super long. Please eat here— one of my favorite restaurants!

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, though not clearly labeled. I would recommend asking whoever is serving for what is vegetarian/what dishes can be made vegetarian.

Jopok Topokki (조폭 떡볶이) is a renowned spot in Buena Park for Korean street foods, and my sister introduced me to this gem. From the moment we stepped in, the restaurant's atmosphere and the nostalgic pots used to serve the food instantly transported us to the old days in Korea.Their 김밥 (Kimbap), 떡뽁이 (Tteokbokki), and oden are the perfect combinations that you absolutely must try. The way they prepare these dishes with utmost care, using fresh ingredients and matching containers, elevates both the taste and visual appeal of the food. Every bite was a delightful journey of flavors and textures.I was so impressed by the overall dining experience that I can't wait to return on my next visit to see my sister. Jopok Topokki is truly a must-visit destination for anyone craving authentic and delicious Korean street foods.

Small but nice restaurant for some good Korean tteokbokki. Service was quick and the food was delicious. We ordered the fried set, the rapokki(tteokbokki + ramen noodles), and the sausage and intestines set. If you’re not used to or familiar with eating pig intestines and organs, you may not like it, but otherwise, it was great. Also, keep in mind that the tteokbokki is decently spicy.

to us: very nice place with lots to offer. The taste is definitely notch above others where the flavor is a bit weak. I never been disappointed eating here so give them a shotto others: get the combo. Slushes are average, but combo will give you a good picture of how everything taste. And given its price, its not too badto the owners: thanks!

Amazing cozy Korean Tteokbokki restaurant, it’s a hole in the wall which is perfect for this kind of food!

It's good but I wish there was a smaller combo option like topokki + soondae for one. The two item size I find is too large for one person. Other than that, food is good.

Finally been back after years. I am glad to day that the tteokbokki is still, as the kids say, “bussin”, and the kpop is still bumping in the background. Definitely going back.
