Food is good, service is good; but horrible at completing an order as requested. When I order plain tacos, and make an emphasis on PLAIN tacos by saying just the meat and tortilla; yet get it with cilantro and onions every single time, it shows lack of customer care and takes away my desire to go back and support your business, or tell anyone else about it. It was the first time me and my boyfriend have ate this Juan's Pollo ? and just three things the girls working there were really nice and the food was ready fast and it was absolutely delicious ? definitely recommend this place!!
My Family in Law Loves This Place , They think it's delicious and always buy it . ME on the other hand , No Thanks ! I remember a time back 6-8 years when the chicken was actually Juicy & Delicious. Unfortunately Ever Since then every time my family in law buys that chicken I have to buy or make myself something else because I can't stand Juan's Rotisserie Chicken . The Chicken does have great taste but Jesus it's sooooo dry . I remember After every bite I'd have to drink something or else I'd start coughing like crazy because of the dryness . The Sides are Trash as well , Rice is Dry with No Flavor , The Beans ? Eh they're alright . Tortillas Get Soggy if you don't eat them within 5mins . & The Potato Salad ? who even likes that ? Lol jk my family in law do , they say it's Delicious but since I don't like Potato Salad I don't think it's fair I give a review on it . Overall 2/10 Rating .

First time wanted some chicken and this place was close to where I was at it's too pricey and the chicken was dry no flavor if it's rotisserie it should have those condiments and potato salad sucked didn't like the taste beans were ok salsa was not great I should have have just gone to dinos on Pico I tried Juan's rotisserie chicken 1 and will never buy again

$30 for 1 chicken you have to ask for a fresh one in order to receive one that hasn’t turned into jerkyalso the tortillas had mold, you can see it started to grow on the moist side
