I visited this place, made an order, was told to wait for about 5 minutes. I left to move the car, but there was another person in line behind me. As a result, I came back in 5 minutes, the order of the person who was behind me is ready, but they have not started to do mine yet because I left... I do not understand the logic.

I visited Juice Crafters on Labor Day and ordered an apple juice ($8) and a Recover Me Softly ($11). Unfortunately, both drinks were very disappointing. The apple juice tasted like it contained only half an apple and the rest was just water—I could barely taste any apple flavor at all. My boyfriend’s drink was the same: no noticeable apple or carrot taste, just the faintest hint of ginger diluted in water.

We only tried them once we got back to the car, and by then I was too tired to return, but it really shouldn’t have happened in the first place. At these prices, customers should expect fresh, flavorful juice, not something that tastes watered down.

Very poor value for the money. We won’t be returning.

Green Juice #1 gave me energy without being sweet or heavy. Nice atmosphere and helpful employees.

The juice was crisp and delicious. Appreciated being offered a sample first since I was indecisive. Staff was happy to help with any questions.

Quick stop after the gym-barely any wait. The classic acai was chill and satisfying, the toppings felt generous. Staff greeted me with a smile.

Came by in the morning and there was a little bit of a line, but staff kept it moving. The Acai Classic Bowl tasted super fresh, loaded with fruit and granola, not too sweet. The employee was extra friendly and double-checked my preferences.

When I first walked in and saw that vibrant magenta color, I thought ‘artificial coloring’ - until I watched them cube whole pitayas behind the counter. This blend of dragonfruit, coconut water and lime is like drinking a tropical sunset. The texture is silky but with those satisfying little black seeds that pop between your teeth, just like the fresh fruit stalls in Singapore’s Geylang market. The cashier noticed me taking photos and shared that they source from a family-owned farm in Ecuador - that connection to growers matters to me. Now I come every Friday after my language class; it’s become my little reward for surviving another week in a new country. Sometimes they’ll swirl in some passionfruit pulp if they have extra - their spontaneous upgrades make me feel like a regular rather than just another customer.

On rainy Seattle days, I crave the teh tarik stalls of my Singapore childhood, but this turmeric-coconut blend has become my new comfort. They simmer fresh turmeric root with cinnamon sticks and black pepper (proper traditional prep!), then strain it twice for that velvety texture. What shocked me? They use real coconut cream - none of that powdered milk nonsense. Last week, the barista saw me shivering and quietly doubled the ginger in my order - that intuitive kindness is why I keep coming back. I’ve started bringing my own reusable cup; they give a discount and always remember my preference for extra cardamom dusting. It’s these little rituals that make a foreign city start to feel like home.

Just moved from India to the US and discovered Juice Crafters in Brentwood! Tried their viral Green Guru #4 juice—cucumbers, celery, ginger, and cayenne. So refreshing with the perfect spicy kick! The cashier was super helpful explaining the benefits . Perfect detox after my long flight. Now I'm hooked! Pro tip: Add lemon for extra zing. a must try for health lovers!

The ONLY place that will juice to order off-menu. They do it right in front of you, nothing added. Just fresh, undiluted juice! I love the plain celery. Great service!
