Tried again this morning, guy was extremely nice, but smoothie tasted awful and artificial. Doubt their ingredients are organic, as others have noted. Very nice gentleman though this AM, but what a waste. Threw away the smoothie.
This location seems to be cutting corners, they’ve essentially cut all ingredients in half and doubled the ice, i love juice crafters and drink religiously, and every smoothie I’ve purchased from this location has met the same fate, I even paid an extra 5 dollars to add additional nuts & cocoa and it still wasn’t to be expected. Unfortunate but save you’re self the grief and just go to the location at century city

They stopped putting coconut butter in smoothies and now only sell the jar for retail or charge extra. Jocelyn and the staff are so rude and lack customer service skills at this location. Do not recommend this location

EDIT: So sad to drop from 5 to 3 but they were dishonest about their ingredients. On their website they say "no added sugar" and when I asked the person working what was in the acai base they said ONLY acai and other fruits. No added sugars or ingredients. Well, I finally got their ingredient list and there's cane sugar, emulsifiers, and other things. Know that you're getting a dessert, not a health food, when you go here.I have tried so many acai bowls in Santa Monica and they have the best one. Excellent ingredients (no added sugars), solid portion size, and they have a rewards program. They are also quick to serve you. Guaranteed great acai bowl!
