They are NOT open even when Google Maps says they are. Paid for parking only to find them closed on a Friday afternoon! Waste of time and money.

I was serviced and had my drink made by Micheal L. Literally the worst smoothie everrrrr it was literally melted when i got it and was sickeningly sweet like not normal fruit sweet

The acai bowls here are literally the worst you can get. They're always runny and most of the time you'll be getting a giant hunk of frozen "acai" that hasn't been properly blended into the mix. This is definitely a training issue and should be addressed. I come here always expecting there to be a different experience but it's always the same runny lack luster experience. For the price of they're asking for these bowls this should definitely not be the case.

They don’t have styrofoam cups anymore so your drink will melt instantly. Brain freeze or melted smoothie. No in between.

Terrible service, there's always no line yet I wait 15 min for my order. For mobile orders I always leave specific instructions yet never comes out right. The morning shift workers are too slow. Terrible service

the new girl taking my order straight up made fun of me, she was looking up and down my outfit and barely addressed me. it felt like i was in a movie for a second… totally took me off guard. I haven’t been like stereotypically bullied like that since middle school. She shouldn’t work here if she’s so socially anxious and judgmental of others.

im usually not the type to go out of my way write reviews, but the service was just that bad ! i came early in the morning , I would’ve understood if they were in rush hour or something and they were overwhelmed but there was no line at all , let alone any customers,the employee there was giving attitude while taking my order and they looked and acted like they hated their jobs, the worst!!. They also did not care to let me know my order was ready until minutes! or offered me utensils for my order or anything, I dont believe in the customer its always right but the environment there just makes you wanna leave !!!

Disappointed they close at 8 however I came in at 5:45 and they longer serve raw juices. The reason I got they have to start cleaning the machine.Last week I arrive at 7:30 and they were closed when the sign says they close at 8This is my last time visiting I paid for parking just to be disappointed for the 2nd time…

y'all this place is great , I go there after my gym everyday and this girl Ellie be whipping my bowls up SOOO GOOD and yummy like it just be so refreshing , and she always greets me when i walk in and i feel so welcomed FIVE STARS yall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad customer service. The employees are rude and rushed. I place an order at 10:20 just for a regular bowl and didn't receive it until 10:58. I was late to class and didnt enjoy it. They took almost 40 mins to make my bowl. I understand they make not have a lot of employees but that means they should put more people to work so it doesn't so long for people to get their orders. Not even fast food places take this long.

Very watered down bowl, only 3 pieces of fruit. Halfway full and wasted so much and added very little to my order. Flavorless and customer service was terrible.

Their summer hours say they close at 3pm I get there way before 3 and the store is already closed!?! due to only having ONE employee for closing shift ??? Literally unbelievable juice it up needs better management. And if not they should’ve written a notice on their store letting us know they’d close earlier than usual.

I like the drinks, very refreshing this summer. Sometimes the workers take long even when there are few people, but I think it depends on the workers.
