If you are in the area of Echo Park, then you have to stop by for their fresh crunchy banh mi sandwich and a cake of any kind💖 first time here since I was working in the area and needed a break. The service was attentive, kind and fast. The menu simple and delicious. I only got a pic of the cake because I already ate the sandwich. The private patio is clean and cute, AND they have parking!

I stopped by Kien Giang Bakery and was so impressed! I ordered the turkey and cheese croissant, which was absolutely delicious—especially with the pickled carrots and radish that gave it a banh mi twist. I got the combo, which came with a dessert and a drink. The guava and cheese pastry was amazing—flaky, sweet, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the green Thai tea and loved it. Everything was reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving something flavorful and fresh!

Their banh mis are a very underrated gem. Secret little private patio is very cute, great to meet someone for a chat and lunch. The service is always lovely. Private parking lot as well 👍

I need you guys to listen. This place is everything you could wish for and more. Perfect banh mi, Vietnamese iced coffee, pastries galore. Affordable, cute vibe, lovely service. It could all be so simple. This town is a breeding ground for bullshit- NOT KG BAKERY. Thank you KG Bakery ❤️

We absolutely loved this place. Never knew it was there. Such a gem to find. It's kinda hidden so easily missed unfortunately but great service and yummy sandwiches and drinks. With the combo you get a wonderful slice of cake also. Must visit and try

i used to live a short walk from KG and I still miss that time. They have amazing vegan banh mi and many of their baked goods are vegan too. Everything is tasty and the prices are fair. The people who run it are kind and helpful.

They have a variety of moon cakes I also go there for special occasion cakes they are fresh and delicious the almond cookies a bunch and so delicious
