Tried this place for the first time a few months ago and ever since then I try to eat here every other week if I can. Great food, super friendly service.

This place is open. I had their grilled abalone and kalguksoo which I thought was excellent. The broth tasted really clean and felt home made. Their seafood was really fresh and their kimchee was one of best I had in L.A. highly recommend. Server was attentive.

This place seems like quite but the food taste is very special on each menu. You should try clam tofu and avalon bibibam.

This place had changed the name, Portionz and updated with new menu now. The interior is clean, nice staffs and fresh food. When I come here, I either have live lobster sashimi or raw soy marinated crab. They never disappoint me with those two menu. AND thee soju is 5.99. I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN SOON.
The most fresh sea food cooked by traditional Korean style.

One of few places that does not use MSG. All clams are live and fresh before cooked on order. Taste is their best tribute.

Tried the lunch menu here - the portions were fairly large at a very reasonable price. The hand pulled dough soup with octopus and perilla tasted good. Expect to do some chewing action, they give a lot of octopus. I tried some of my coworker's live abalone noodles and the abalone was pretty fresh. Overall the food was bomb.

Good but doesn't really stand out from competition

I was contemplating on whether to give this place a three or four star. Menu on yelp needs update. The menu is outdated and I found that out when I visited the restaurant. The combos were no longer available and the selection for fish is VERY limited. The food was all around decent. Their service made up for me however.
