Authentic japanese food, the place is cute and the food was delicious, also the owner and the employees are so kind and friendly.My husband and I loved the place and the good amazing ?, definitely will be back soon
I was at UCLA and found this Japanese restaurant within walking distance. The teriyaki and sushi were very good. The fish was fresh. Service was speedy and good. I will go back to Kaido the next time I am in Westwood and in the mood for Japanese food.

We visited Kaido while dropping my daughter off at school. We were first customers in for dinner. Gentleman serving us was super nice. He opened the door in/out for all customers. Even ran over to do it. Food was good. We weren't in any hurry so food came out and served within reasonable amount of time. Try the crispy rice. There were some good specials listed. Was pretty quiet in there. Maybe too quiet haha
