They add %18 service fee to the bill, when they ask for a tip, It doesn't say additional tip and starts from %20. Food is very mediocre, I am very surprised by the high reviews of this place.

I was excited to try Kaif, but it didn't fully live up to my expectations. The ambiance was clean and decent, though not as impressive as the photos. The appetizers were very good, and the pasta was the highlight of our meal. However, the green salad was disappointing—just roughly chopped tomatoes and cucumbers with a few slices of cheese. Definitely not worth ordering. We requested well done lamb chops, but they arrived undercooked, nowhere near medium rare, and the chicken lacked flavor. Lamb Chops were whopping $55. Service was the biggest letdown. Food was dropped at our table and then the staff disappeared, we had to go find someone just to get the check. Overall, some good dishes, but the service and several menu items need improvement.

Kaif has great food, not only is the is the staff beautiful the were so attentive. Alessandra went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our food and such. They have Hookahs too. I'm not a Hookah smoker but I was very tempted when I saw others enjoy. Try for yourself and let me know what you think!

Overpriced and disappointing experience at Kaif
I went to Kaif yesterday to smoke shisha and have dinner, and it was honestly a terrible experience. They charged $65 for a very substandard shisha, and the price wasn’t even listed on the menu. After adding a mysterious “service charge,” the total came to $85 just for the shisha.
On top of that, they still had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end. My total bill for one burger, one beer, and one poor-quality shisha was $140! A $34 burger, $11 beer, and $65 shisha — and yet they add a “service charge”?
If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least provide premium quality and transparency. If you don’t want to be scammed, don’t go there. Pay your staff properly instead of disguising it as a service charge.
