The noodles in the Mul Naengmyun don't have a high buckwheat content, but they are thin and have a nice, chewy texture.
The broth is on the lighter side but refreshing and enjoyable. Extra broth is typically only provided with the Bibim Naengmyun, but you can get it upon request.
It's a bit disappointing that the noodles are served in disposable containers instead of traditional bowls, but considering the reasonable prices and no need for tipping, it's a great place to experience a somewhat traditional Naengmyun taste.

Located at the food court of Koreatown Galleria. This place serves nengmyun, a traditional Korean cold noodle dish. Served in customary metal bowls, the broth and noodles are refreshing and a great go to for some relief on a hot day. Also ordered the bin-dae-dduk, a Korean pancake. (It's not vegetarian--Does has pork in it!). The pancake was crispy and filling. Service time does depend on how busy it is, since it is in a food court and the cooks make everything to order. Noodles are made with sweet potato flour and the sauces and broth are also made in house. Would recommend for any nengmyun lovers out there!
