Kantan Sushi

This restaurant has TWO locations in the same spot - Sushi with Attitide and Vegan Sushi With Attitude. (I tried to add a new listing for the separate location, but had too many issues) This place is FIRE. Everything we got was delicious. The fried noodles with portobello katsu was absolutely amazing, as were the Sushi rolls. My husband got the spicy Ramen and said it was the best vegan Ramen he's ever had. I have picked up a few of times here from Vegan Sushi with Attitude. Every time I stand there like an idiot 10-20 minutes where the window staff does make eye contact with you but does other tasks. My order is supposedly ready on the app which is why I go right to the window. Last night others kept getting helped through the inside window whereas I was standing at the outside window where I have received my order all the other times. Until I stepped inside and was helped almost right away... The food is alright, the rice on the sushi consistently taste like it has been air dried for a few hours. I think for the price you are receiving the quality you are paying for. Do pay attention when you are ordering, their 'Sushi with Attitude' menu does offer some vegan options which might be confusing if you are expecting the 'Vegan Sushi with Attitude' menu.

I’m happy to see more vegan sushi places around but I’ve tried ordering from here a couple times in the past and i just feel like I’ve had better. The “only just vegan” box is a great idea and fun meal but the flavors felt a little off and the textures a little soggy.

I pick up takeout from here 1-2 times a week. I've tried all of their items on their menu and can definitely say their Vegan Dragon roll and Crunchy Portobabello roll is by far the best!! I hope they will continue to expenad their menu and hopefully locations so that it's closer to me!!
