I love this place so much. Its not a huge selection of product, but it does have a few things that you might want to purchase. I know I was there for the yellow watermelon and it was so good đ I went back in for another cup and the honey punch drink. 10/10 recommend đđŸ

SoooâŠwhen I want to avoid fast foodâŠKathyâs Kitchen is my go-to spot for healthy food, fresh juice, grocery items, and healthy-ish snacks!
She has a smaller menu but, she has a couple menu items I really enjoy. I grab her to-go/pre-made meals like the jerk chicken and Jamaican meat patties (the Veggie patty is yummy too).
My elderly father loves getting her pre-made spaghetti. FyiâŠthe sauce is freekinâ good! He also always orders a peanut butter sandwich to-go. He could make it himself, but he says, âDonât you see Iâm retired?â
My absolute favorite is when she occasionally offers new items she is putting together like these Stuffed Mushroom Tacos and the various bowls.
So, the thing isâŠKathy is super knowledgeable. She has a phenomenal understanding of food and health. She brings in seasonal produce and you can grab some basic fruits and veggies while youâre there (AvocadosâŠyesss). A few weeks back, she had the best strawberries and peaches I had tasted in a long time.
She also has fresh squeezed juices and things like turmeric shots. So, it motivates me to stay focused on making better food choices to complement my exercise routine and health needs. Itâs a more quaint place that kinda keeps me focused on eating the basics. Iâm putting more fruits and veggies in my body daily than I have in a while.
OhâŠlately, she has pre-cooked greens in her grocery fridge pretty often! It is sooooo nice to be able to eat good-tasting greens whenever I want.
I got some plantain with my bowl today and thatâs gonna be my dessert.
Overall, Kathyâs Kitchen is an experience! My whole family loves stopping by to pick stuff up and see whatâs available that week.
Itâs not really about having a gazillion processed options. Going there has made me more intentional about eating healthy. I also like supporting a small business in the way Iâd want to be supported if I had one.
For me, itâs being able to go in and have people who care about what Iâm putting into my body as much as I do.
