Threading is cheap but really hit or miss. I've been here off and on but think it's time to find another place. The owner has usually been good but the other lady has not done a good job the 2 or 3 times over the years I've used her. She does it uneven and too round, not like the original shape. I asked her to fix it but it only made it worse. They seemed really annoyed with me for not liking it rather than understanding the mistakes and wanting to make it right.

Time isn’t accurate. Showed up and they were closed. I got the Groupon but they only have one location so I have to be strategic about when I go, and I decided to go today, on Sunday, but apparently they are closed by one…even if the online form says 6 PM really sucks for the customers who don’t stay nearby.

When we arrived the salon was unorganized and messy. I payed WITH Groupon 37 and to wash my hair she wanted 50 on top of the cut! It only took her 10 minutes and the I've thing I got was a headache from the small tooth comb she used on my thick hair.
Kasaur is the best. Great service, sweet people, and the prices are much more reasonable than other places. Highly recommend!!

warning: not a real keratin treatment. i wanted to layer my hair and colored what she did was too shortened my hair ( I believe she needed some length from my hair because My hair was long) and bleach. She is UNPROFESSIONAL . DO NOT GO!!!!
