This place gets busy quick but their service is also quick so the line feels like it goes by quickly. Aahhh the food was delicious. I love how the rice is warm bc not a lot of handroll places do that or even sushi places. I think that's what makes this place stand out compared to others. The fish were fresh and the prices are very reasonable. I went with the 6 piece handroll set and could not be any more satisfied. It hit the spot!

Great place for a quick lunch if you're okay with waiting in line. Hand rolls are delicious! Maybe a little expensive but the sashimi was really good too. Didn't take any pics but I think it's a good place for a casual lunch with 2 people

The food was pretty good and really nice ambiance really poor service though. Apparently you can't have hand rolls to go and I asked the waiter to get them she charged me then she said I can't have them because they don't do them to go even though the waiter said it's fine. Then they made me pay for something I didn't want which was sashimi.

Always have great experiences here - their hand rolls do not disappoint. Always try to stop by when I'm in the area - sometimes there's a long wait but it's always worth it!

This place really set the standard for me moving forward. I usually get the 5-roll special and it comes to about $30, which is not at all a lot for the area, and the quality of food that you are getting. The service comes out very quickly, and the ambiance is very very moody, perfect for a first date, or a casual get-together. The line can be long at times, but most people do not end up waiting more than 30-40 minutes on the busiest nights.

The hand rolls are excellent, the pacing and delivery ideal for chatting with a friend as food appears on the mat in front of you. The chef/assembler/roller, deftly places warm rice in the seaweed, flattens, places the filling and folds, delivering to someone sitting at U shaped Bar. The $15 three roll special is a great deal! My only gripe is, as a vegetarian, there is only a cucumber roll, which I greatly enjoyed! If there was an avocado roll or the Japanese potato roll as vegan, I would love this place! Still, the ladies loved it and I enjoyed eating with them. The Scallop and Crab roll were generous and received rave reviews!

UCLA students are very lucky to have KazuNori in Westwood! The seafood is fresh and high quality. The ambience is great because it's such a small restaurant.

Finally getting around to review my favorite hand roll bar!! For starters, restaurant is always packed and has a big line. So, I recommend heading there 30-40mins before to grab a seat! Second, I normally go with their pre-fixed 6-Hand Roll and love it! But, my husband sometimes switches/substitutes out a a few rolls with ones he loves! I'm also a big fan of sugarfish but for some reason my husband loves Kazunori a bit more! Overall, the ambience, the staff, and food is 5/5. Definitely recommend.

Food was ok. Priced very reasonably; Considering the fish quality is solid. Got scallops, Tuna, Salmon. Strong thumbs Up.

Loved this place located locally in Westwood. They are a sit down at the bar cause there are no tables. This is an easy in and out place that serves sake and beer. They are known for their hand rolls and few sashimi dishes. This is the type of spot you can come in and out of. It's nice looking inside has good lighting and good service. I will be coming here often since I'm local and they close at 11 pm on weekdays. I am impressed by their selection and enjoy their warm tasting hand rolls. You wait in a line as people eat and leave. It didn't take more than a 5 minute wait on a Monday night. Thanks for a nice evening of filling my stomach. Did I mention they have uni ?

Every KazuNori bar is incredible. Great hand rolls, great service, and just an overall great experience. You haven’t had handrolls like KazuNori handrolls I can promise you that.

I loved Kazunori! I'm a big Sugarfish fan, so I figured I'd enjoy Kazunori as well. I love the sushi bar style seating (it is perfect if you want to dine solo or with a friend), and I love the options. I also love that you can order a set menu but add on additional things as you'd like. My friend and I waited in line to be seated for a while, but it was so worth it. Can't wait to come back!

The absolute best hand rolls. Always consistent! Never had a bad experience here. The service is also great!

Wonderful upscale sushi spot in Westwood that's not overpriced for the quality. You have to wait a while because of the nature of the amount of space in the restaurant. When you get to sit down, service is wonderful. Hand rolls are very unique and it's a wonderful combination of the warm rice, crispy seaweed, and fresh fish.

I live close by and when I don't feel like driving I walk here for the infamous hand rolls... everything is absolutely fresh and filling... I eat here because like Princess Ariel I am in love with the sea
