Complete trash KFC. Many people and the wait was long. The fries tasted overages and were burnt. Burger was not even the full chicken it was similar to chicken nuggets. At least the chicken was chrispy.

The female staff was extremely rude. She kept ignoring customers while taking orders and acted annoyed the entire time, telling us to go find our food ourselves. It was honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I thought the size of the piece would be big, but it was terrible.
Same price as the store next door, different quantity, different taste, different feeling. (KFC at the top of the photo, Panda at the bottom)

Potentially the worst meal I’ve ever had but hands down the worst value meal I’ve ever had. The only things that resembled what they should were the sauces and the drink. I would eat my shoe (preferred to their food) if they have ever had a repeat customer. Who ever allows this restaurant to continue (both KFC franchising and LAX admin) should hang their heads in shame. Unlikely to have KFC again and perceive LAX dining to be a money grab only.

It takes 15 - 20 minutes to deliver the food, even without many people in line and above all, even though the dishes are already out, they stay at the counter and are not delivered. And they didn't give me what I asked for, I wasn't the only one since there were clients before me where they made a mistake or didn't add dishes.

Despite being in the picture and not being available for selection the 3 piece meal (and per the person behind the counter 2 piece meal) don’t come with a drink. When the food arrived the portions were embarrassing and the fries smelt like wet cow. The nuggets were about the size of rabbit pellets.
