My boss bought a blueberry cake and it got mold really quick. He bought it on 12/23/25 and it got mold on 12/24/25. Expiration date said January 5 2026.
10/10 breads… so fresh! Danny did a great job pulling everyone to try their breads and they were flying off their shelf. We got the bundle 3 for $17.49 at our local Costco in Scottsdale, Arizona! Wish they would make more frequent visits or open a location here!

their food is not great.
The focaccia bread says mozzarella & basil.
There was very little basil on it.

They promote it as healthy product
But in fact they use unhealthy canola oil and soy bean oil which is toxic for human consumption and a few other additives
Also their baklava is the worst using soy oil and not many nuts super dry and unhealthy

Bought 3, 3 pks at Costco. This focaccia, (Spinach & Feta, Jalapeno Cheddar, and Mozzerella Basil) lasted about 20 minutes in my house. I warmed up a baking sheet, spread the chopped garlic and olive oil and put it the oven. Within minutes my family followed their noses and were circling the kitchen island. I used my pizza cutter so everyone could sample. They all loved it so much, I looked to see where this bakery was. 70 minutes from my house! I sure hope Costco plans to carry these! They were truly a phenominal hit at my house.

I am a foodie and have eaten at restaurants and bought food from bakeries in California, New York and Mass. The baklava sold atmy local Ralph's is amazing and so fresh.Unsure why there are negative reviews (are those competitors)?

Absolutely love their focaccia bread! All the flavors are lovely and fresh. Wish you were across the street from me....yummmmm
Delicious
Costco special event and I purchased but what a disappointment. The worst baklava I’ve ever had. It was dry, crunchy, greasy, flavorless. Threw away, so gross. How are they in business? Like bad fast food posing as true Mediterranean fare. Bad ingredients too like palm oil.
So Delicious! The best cookies I have tried so far! Thank you, guys!
I normally walk by the food samples, but on this day I was hungry and these focaccia pieces looked really good - smelled good too. My nose is reliable, but I wasn't prepared for how tasty these were! The dilemma was which flavors to choose - all delicious! The gentleman and the lady behind the counter were really nice and willing to answer any questions and seemed like they might have a personal stake in promoting this product (not your typical Costco employee). I wasn't the only one bowled over, the table was clearing off quickly! Do yourself a favor and try the sample that's being offered.
