Went for the chicken tenders advertised for$5. I was told that the drive thru was closed, I had to come in. Placed order at kiosk, requesting receipt by text. I received message thanking for order, kiosk # and link to see receipt. Link wanted me to create account w/ 3rd party to see my receipt. Tenders was dry and f fries was cold with a few old ones mixed in. Very disappointed....

These chicken tenders are nasty af, nothing fresh about them and they have a burnt aftertaste. The fries are flavorless and my sprite is a hell nah. Don’t come to this place, it’s trash.

Very disappointing visit as I went there expecting to purchase your $5 advertised menu and ended up paying much much more than I could even afford because the cashier didn't seem to know what the five dollar menu was
I occasionally get dinner because KFC is not far from my home. I purchase the 8 piece family meal with what should have been 4 apple pies, but got 4 mini apple pieces. Got home and my mash potatoes were Watery like SOUP. The problem I have is whomever put the mash potatoes in the container knew THAT. Why serve your customers something that's not RIGHT.

I love chicken but when I got two chicken little tenders I wanted to throw up it was not good at all and I always get the little chicken tenders sandwiches and I got food poisoning threw up a lot I am not coming back sorry ?

I don't know if it's a lack of training or your employees just don't care. I come here and order Original and get crispy again. I was so disappointed that I just put the whole bucket of chicken in the trash. And this isn't the only location that does that. I need a long break from here now.
