The staff was so rude when asked why I was charged 7.00 for the 5 dollar famous bowl the lady said (you were not smart enough to ask) then she turned saying leave me alone.

Food was very tasty but my order was wrong. Staff seemed rushed and messed up the order for the person who was in front of me as well as messed up my order I requested leg and thighs and received mixed. Once at the window they had not injured the order properly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. i went here with my kids and they didnt give us any sauce, spoons, or papers. They we're rude and the food was cold. It was a short white girl. AND we asked for mashed potatoes but we got fríes. WORST KFC would not reccomened.

I came in a few days ago excited for the return of Nashville sauce all I can say my expectations were beyond exceeded. All of the staff at this location and so friendly and they will go out of their way to help you, very well mannered. I got the Nashville hot tenders with a mash and everything was great the tenders were amazing and you can never go wrong with a mashed potatoes with gravy. Will definitely be coming back very soon.
