The customer service is horrible. They ignore people in line and focus on the drive thru (which also takes long) only. I placed a mobile order, and stood there waiting to be attended for 10+ minutes watching my bag of food sitting on their counter. I've also had a few uber eats orders canceled because they tell them there is no chicken ready when they get there.

Received old stale food via uber eats. Chicken cooked in old greese and tasted sour same for my mash potatoes and then to top it off i didnt receive my biscuit tht came w/ the meal....disappointed 4real....who serves old gravy n potatoes? Whole meal stale shouldve known when the order was ready so quik

They have the soda Machine for the filling station but it's off and you have to pay for the refill, if the machine is still there it's just misleading people

The cashier was really great — she deserves an award forbeing so patient with these angry customers. It's crowded and the staff are working hard so give them some time maybe 7 minutes or more. They’re doing their best
