Food is ok
workers are nice
It was very nice, nice service , very clean and very good customer service.
KFC really needs to update their facilities. The chairs are old, the place looks worn out, and honestly, it’s not a pleasant place to sit down and eat. They should definitely invest in a renovation.
The lady at the drive thru was so rude I ordered and on the app It says my meal comes with 2 sauces I chose them and it came with NONE then she tells me while I was in the drive thru line that I have to come inside to pick up my order and it was so dead she had her little attitude
Someone robbed the place and shot me. Never coming back
Fried rat story place?

Always great place
I used to work for the first KFC as a manager and can tell you that the original recipe is not the original recipe. The food is to greasy and soggy. The colonel so disappointed in how Yum Brands a division of Pepsi cola has ruined his legacy.

Eva the Cashier was the worse I’ve seen. Pretending she does not hear. Regular customers asking for their order take from kiosk and they said order never taken.

I placed an order at this KFC 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time of 3:30 PM, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a female employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. She slammed the drive-thru window during our interaction, and to make matters worse, my bag was missing the condiments I had specifically requested.
It’s evident that upper management needs to retrain their staff and foster a culture of respect and professionalism. No matter the situation, every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect. If employees are unhappy in their roles, perhaps it's time for them to consider a different path.
