I used to work for the first KFC as a manager and can tell you that the original recipe is not the original recipe. The food is to greasy and soggy. The colonel so disappointed in how Yum Brands a division of Pepsi cola has ruined his legacy.

To future guest: ***Avoid this location*** I placed an order at this KFC 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time of 3:30 PM, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a female employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. She slammed the drive-thru window during our interaction, and to make matters worse, my bag was missing the condiments I had specifically requested.
It’s evident that upper management needs to retrain their staff and foster a culture of respect and professionalism. No matter the situation, every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect. If employees are unhappy in their roles, perhaps it's time for them to consider a different path.

Do not order from this place unless you want them to lie and say that your order has been canceled. They are supposed to close at 10:30pm I placed an order at 9pm and they said it was canceled when multiple drivers keep getting sent to pick up the order. Clearly they were lying and were too lazy to make more chicken .
Terrible service from these two people. Who do they think they are or that to treat people in a bad way and not provide good service makes it seem like they don't like the job. At all times it is with a bad face

I place my order online and they took almost 45 minutes to give me multiple orders
Today I went by and had a bad experience, I made 2 orders of chicken, one with 14 pieces and the other with 8 pieces and I ordered Cole and mash potato, and they gave me pure mash potato in both orders, they gave me the graving along with the mash potato and I am allergic to graving, then they gave me the biscuits together from both orders, logically if I am ordering two orders it is obvious that they were for two different people and they gave me everything wrong and the phone on the receipt has been disconnected for months, no It is the first time that they have made mistakes in my orders, I paid for breasts and thighs and they gave me only thighs so since they don't answer the disconnected phone I made a rating here. They have lost the KFC recipe, it doesn't taste the same or they don't change the oil.
