Today I went by and had a bad experience, I made 2 orders of chicken, one with 14 pieces and the other with 8 pieces and I ordered Cole and mash potato, and they gave me pure mash potato in both orders, they gave me the graving along with the mash potato and I am allergic to graving, then they gave me the biscuits together from both orders, logically if I am ordering two orders it is obvious that they were for two different people and they gave me everything wrong and the phone on the receipt has been disconnected for months, no It is the first time that they have made mistakes in my orders, I paid for breasts and thighs and they gave me only thighs so since they don't answer the disconnected phone I made a rating here. They have lost the KFC recipe, it doesn't taste the same or they don't change the oil.

These people do not hore anyone that is african American they only hire hispanics I filled out an application and had more qualifications than a friend whose not african American and she ended up getting the job im not sure why they don't like to hire other races bit if you was to ever visit this kfc you will see what im talking about after living over here for about over ten years ive never seen a person that is a race other than Mexican and im not prejudice its obvious if you are black they will not hire you

Messed up my order and I live all the way across town and when I called them for 5 hours no one ever answered the phone in all of those hours. Won't be going back. I get really pissed when I pay for something and don't get it especially since I live so far from the place.

They have an attitude sometimes and they just give you your food like you are not the one paying for it. Some of them can be so rude that you don't want to go back and then some can be so sweet that makes you want to go back!

The food was alright, the wraps were so small and it barely had any lettuce or sauce. The chicken sandwich was pretty good just less sauce. The atmosphere is terrible the floor was sticky and there was a bunch of homeless/crackheads bothering me for food or money. The table weren’t clean either. I am highly upset at this location granted they food is so good but walking in and the store is completely nasty trash on the floors trash on the trash cans and so much soda spilled on the soda counter trash under the tables and there is kids there touching on all on the counter were I was telling the mom not to let them touch anything because it's nasty the workers getting people orders wrong and there were people in there so long and the manager never handled the situation the workers stood there like there didn't know what to do it was a Uber eats guy waiting there way before I walked in the inside the one employee told him you ready and the the Uber eats guy showed him the order and basically slapped the food down hard with no care. I understand that you guys accept cash and also ebt foodstamps but ain't no way your store should look like that. The presentation of your store should look appealing to your loyal customers like I Said this is the location has good food but horrible presentation of there store and employees they need to be retrained. Especially when people are paying large amount money to feed their kids this is unacceptable I spent $62.75 there and I waited 30 mins and their soda was not changed at all.
