I had very bad customer service at the branch located at 329 North Soto. The cashier was very rude and treated me in a very bad manner. She made a mistake with my receipt and gave me my order all wrong, without condiments, without napkins or cutlery. The store was very dirty. I will definitely not return to this branch to receive bad treatment and very poor quality food.

I went there for my lunch break and was shocked at how well the food was prepared and tasted. That's now my new go to spot for lunch almost every day now. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The mash and gravy had plenty of gravy on it. And the staff the nicest people, the cashier male worked the evening shift wished I had gotten his name, well they had ran out an item from my order and he offered me something to replace it with and gave me a drink. It was so cool. I'm going back today ?

I always do drive thru. 2-3 times per month for the last 10 years or so. Usually get a couple thighs and a couple crunchy tacos. Food is consistently fresh. I love KFC fried chicken. Daytime drive thru crew is consistently on the ball, friendly and helpful. Only 2 or 3 small mistakes in all that time.
We order often from this location. Today's 12 piece family meal with all the sides was extra scrumptious. The food tasted extra creamy and buttery, like someone's grandma made it with love. I verbalized this to my wife as I was enjoying the cole slaw.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the drums & thighs in addition to the Mac & cheese. They enjoy some KFC with a side of fruit to balance out the meal.
