This place was so dirty and disgusting that I could not even stay and eat. The floors were dirty and smeared like they hadn't been mopped. The trash was beyond over flowing. The tables were dirty. There were shoe prints on the wall. (I headed down to El Pollo Loco.) This place needs a miracle. ? Nasty. Good luck ?

My chicken was over cooked and some was undercooked, biscuits were cold and I got the bucket size soda and it had no gas. I waisted my money i threw everything away. $37 dollars waisted... I tried calling to speak with manager no one answered.. no refund.. not goi g locatio. Is closing g%% not going back to this location... no way I was gonna feed this to my kid and nephew and nieces.

I've been here many times starting pre-pandemic. During the pandemic, I went here regularly. I like getting a couple KFC Original thighs along with a few tacos and/or a burrito. The food's not great, but it's solid, especially the chicken. I can get way better tacos and burritos elsewhere, but not served with fried chicken. I think KFC is better than any of the other fried chicken chains or grocery store fried chicken. Easily. Once, I was craving fried chicken and decided to splurge on chicken from a restaurant that was known for its fried chicken. (In Santa Barbara) I spent about 5 times more than I would have at KFC. It was not close to as good. I always do drive-thru at this location. In all the many times I've been here, there have only been a couple minor mistakes with my orders. And the drive-thru workers have been excellent, very professional and always helpful and friendly. I'll keep going here unless it goes bad. I just went again today and the chicken 2 thighs and 2 regular tacos did not disappoint for the price. Fine dining.
