I ordered through Grubhub a chicken pot pie. I arrived early and told Debra I arrived early. She asked how are they going to tell me to come and they haven’t even sent the order yet. I explained that I arrived early but since it’s empty and slow I decided to let her know that I arrived. She sucked her teeth and said 10 minutes. I waited. I got my food but I didn’t have a fork or spoon. I asked Debra for a spoon. She asked they didn’t but a spoon in there while taking the bag from me. She opened the bag and said they make me sick they never put a spoon in the bag. She put one in there and handed me the bag. She didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. She didn’t apologize at all. I understand we live in a black neighborhood but I am big on Professionalism and Customer service especially when spending my money.

For some reason they always seem to have a bad attitude at this location always seem to forget something in your bag. This crew at this location should really have a retraining or get a completely new staff.

Don’t come to this kfc if u want to be charged extra for nothing. My boyfriend orders only mash potatoes and macaroni. He was charged double from what it cost then when we complained we got told to calm down from the worker then he proceeded to be rude and go to the kitchen to talk stuff. When we went up to the manager to complain she decided to defend him rather then listen to us. Don’t come to this kfc if u want attitude with ur meal.

Went there on July 7th.. Two car ahead of me were having a problem with the guy taking the order they continued driving off without food. My turn to order (Luis) was the person who took my order he was very rude charged me extra foor something that was supposed to be included which was a family meal with two large sides. I asked him for more legs then thighs he said he'll do it but then I get home and it's all thighs with 2 legs I couldn't go back because my mom had to eat something because of her diabetes. Worse person to take my order rude to ppl in front of me and to lie and charged me extra is what got me. I will be going back to do a complaint on him.
It's 8:15pm and it's close already they need to update there schedule I just wasted gas for miss lead information.
