Wish I could rate something negative on google. This would be my first negative burger or fast food joint review. The food is cold and pathetic. The worst chicken burger in LA. Service guys are still very nice.

The OG recipe is still tasty. I been here once. Instead of ordering through the drive thru, i went inside. They made me order through the computer kiosk. Lol. They refused to take my order. I couldn't edit my chicken of just having dark meat. They almost refused to do it but It was done. I don't recommend the chicken strips. But the OG recipe is good.

I thought I would give this location another try and once again I paid for food I didn't receive. Last time a piece of chicken and now my sides. I will have to dispute my charge and NEVER go back. Unbelievable it's like they don't know what they're doing

As usual Kentucky Fried chicken or as we call it down KFC has never failed me. Excellent flavor fresh has never let me down.
Omg the chicken was picture perfect and delicious! The best experience at KFC! Kevin the supervisor very courteous.
The drive-through is super slow, I waited like 30 minutes just for 2 cars.

It’s really unsanitary that when I order food through the drive through they throw a metal tray out the window and it hits the ground were cars drive by on .The employees touch that metal tray and also handle the food right after.That is disgusting!It is not the employees fault that they are required to do that .Im not sure why they do it but I don’t see other companies such as McDonald’s Donald’s Bk or others do that .KFC do better ! That is a huge risk of causing exposure to metals ,chemicals from cars,bacteria,and more .From someone who works in quality assurance this is a huge unacceptable procedure . I’m disappointed as I handed the food to my family member knowing that the food was handled in an unacceptable and unsanitary manner.

This is not a review on the food, but on the treatment of customers. The people working at the window in the evening, on several occasions, have refused to serve disabled individuals waiting in their cars to pick up their orders placed online, instead telling us we need to park and walk inside. We are in the process of contacting KFC as well as a disabled rights organization. It’s disappointing to see employees who don’t take pride in their work tarnish the reputation of such a long-standing company, one I’ve supported since childhood. I believe this behavior reflects broader frustrations stemming from recent societal and political shifts, as people grow tired of Americans being disrespected by those fortunate enough to be here.
Wheelchair accessibility: They were very cruel to us on two occasions We haven't been back since we are both disabled and to have individuals talking to us like we were trash saying that we would have to get out of our cars and come inside the restaurant and they didn't care about the fact that we were disabled We were taking too long when all we were doing is sitting in our car waiting to be served. What a sad day in America.

The food is usually very good and the deals are great. Service is often very slow. They also sometimes close early without explaining why and reject customers during business hours
