This is not a review on the food, but on the treatment of customers. The people working at the window in the evening, on several occasions, have refused to serve disabled individuals waiting in their cars to pick up their orders placed online, instead telling us we need to park and walk inside. We are in the process of contacting KFC as well as a disabled rights organization. It’s disappointing to see employees who don’t take pride in their work tarnish the reputation of such a long-standing company, one I’ve supported since childhood. I believe this behavior reflects broader frustrations stemming from recent societal and political shifts, as people grow tired of Americans being disrespected by those fortunate enough to be here.
Wheelchair accessibility: They were very cruel to us on two occasions We haven't been back since we are both disabled and to have individuals talking to us like we were trash saying that we would have to get out of our cars and come inside the restaurant and they didn't care about the fact that we were disabled We were taking too long when all we were doing is sitting in our car waiting to be served. What a sad day in America.

The food is usually very good and the deals are great. Service is often very slow. They also sometimes close early without explaining why and reject customers during business hours

Sooo, I'm trying the chicken tenders & they are sooo good. I love the biscuits so I got them added to my meal. The fries are seasoned good.

For the Taco Bell:
The worker brought out the wrong order, which we gave back, and asked politely to make the right items. She charged us extra money for ordering what we originally bought, and did not give the money back for the items we gave back. THE MANAGER INSTEAD WAS BLAMING IT ON US SAYING THAT WE HID THE BURRITOS, BUT ITS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO HIDE 3 BURRITOS. THIS IS THE RUDEST MANAGER I HAVE EVER INTERACTED WITH, SHE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THE CASHIER WORKING IN THE FRONT, WHO WAS MORE CALM AND UNDERSTANDING. SOMEONE TAKE HER MANAGER PRIVILEGES AWAY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR SOMETHING THEY MADE WRONG. SHE WAS JUST ARGUING TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE SHE WAS NOT IN THE WRONG.

Very bad service Brenda claims to be the manager and they yell at you and complain that there is no staff to open it is very dirty since you pay they force you to wait for your order I don't know why they have people who don't like it if I work the line is very long at the chick-fil-a next door

Wow what can I say I have been to a lot of KFC stores and this one is a hard pass, the staff are sloppy and rude, I stood waiting for close to 10 min while they packed other orders and argued, dropping food on the floor crushing boxes and bags, just everything was sloppy, ended up leaving after one staff told the guy taking orders to take my order, he walked over and spoke to me like I was his hommy, no hi not how can I help you, just a what do you want, then didn't seem to know the menu. Then to find out they were not in stock of drinks, I walked out. I will never bother with this store again, sloppy and rude.

Napkins and utensils would be nice, but never get them. And this is the 3rd time ordering from this location and the last time, I guess they don't carry chicken breasts or something but will make you think they do. 3 times got everything but breasts and even made sure to let them know this was the 3rd time asked and still got legs and wings. Even with the order already coming with a breast. Get it together

I order 2- 8 piece original chicken legs) instead of pulling them in two separate boxes they put them all in one box secondly it was the driest chicken I ever had it look and taste like something that had been sitting under a headlamp for days ) I tried to call and complain but kept getting sent to a voice mail box that was full
that was the worst $25 I ever spent) I will never buy from that KFC again

This drive thru gets a 1 rating. If there was a zero or a minus zero they'd get it from me. I tried to order from the drive thru. I asked how many pieces do the chicken tenders come in. The person could not hear me. I was a bit away from the speaker as there was a car in front of me. When I was able to pull forward the person still couldn't hear me. So I spelled it out. The person said you can't spell it out you have to say it. So I asked again. Then the person orders me to look at the board. By now I'm too far forward to see the chicken tender sizes. After going back and forth 8 times I pulled up to the window I asked for the manager she says the person taking my order said all the sizes which was not true and then said I couldn't order from the window and proceeded to close the doors on the window

Mashed potatoes was cold i asked for crispy got original I asked for thigh and wing and got leg ugggh no napkins no utensils. The only thing was right was lemonade. Can't get no one to answer the phone
