I usually use the drive through here. I rarely have to wait in line. This KFC is a Taco Bell as well. It's not huge inside but it's not usually packed either.They are pretty fast also. Friendly help and if you're in a taller vehicle no problem using the drive through.

We live in the area area. Most of the time when we come here we either get home and realize items are missing from our order or we discover it after we pull forward in the drive-through. I strongly suggest better training.

I called to ask if they where open because sometimes businesses have the wrong hours posted. I was about to do a 30 minute drive to give them my business and a very rude employee answered and hung up on me when I asked if they where open. I sincerely felt disappointed and looked for something else and Popeyes was my go to. Treat your customers better respect them... maybe then you will learn to love and appreciate your job. From one late night cashier to another... Do better! And management please train your ppl better. -1star that's the real rating

Whenever I'm craving Fried-Chicken .. KFC on Centinela is my Go-To Place .. I always order the Original Fried-Chicken...It's so juicy & succulent...But the icing on the cake is the Cole-Slaw .. The Cole-Slaw is the Best...It's a Cole-Slaw Party in my mouth...As I'm eating the Fried-Chicken .. I'm dipping my chicken into the Cole-Slaw .. Lord-Have-Mercy on my Soul...It's so darn Good...Now go get you some...You'll Love-it!Enjoy!
Food here is undercook and not what is advertised. Restaurant seems a bit dirty and not very clean

Hello. I ask you to check the cashier Melissa, who on 09/24/23 at 11:30 in the morning behaved rudely, left, threw me an order. When asked to give sauces, she answered in the negative. She gave me only one, said she didn't have any more and I wasn't supposed to. She didn't give me the recipe. I had to go back to get it. There have never been such boors in this restaurant. I've always been here. Now I will go around your restaurant further away. With such employees, you will still have few customers compared to other restaurants. Sauces were given to me for free at McDonald's. Thanks to them.

Order dinner from here tonight, while eating my biscuit (breaking it off piece by piece) I discovered a some type of bugs leg in the biscuit. Not sure if I ate some of the bug. So the $27.36 meal is going in the trash. I tried calling them, but no answer. I see why they have bad reviews.

Good service, walked in and even though there was a semi long line of cars in the drive through, service inside the restaurant was fast.Parked our car, and got back to it within 20 minutes, the price was pretty reasonable for what we ordered.And Mom and I still have food left over for the following day.Good job!Keep it up you all at KFC.Satisfied customers.
