Went to just pick up some coleslaw and Mac and cheese. I was the only person in the store when I first arrive. I stood there for atleast 10 minutes before any employee greeted me. Now if was a guy there filling cups with soda for the drive thru. He could see me but never said a word to me. A woman came from the back and said hi we will be right with you. Then another 7 or 8 minutes passed till she came and took my order. I was there so long a line form behind me. I don’t know what’s going on but customer service not what it used to be. You have to do better!!!
