This place gets no stars from me because of the workers service I don't understand how I come to your establishment spend my money and can't get no honey for my biscuit or source for my food without having to pay for it the next thing is why do something that suppose to cost 5 dollars cost 6 and some change that's false advertising and makes no since and why is all of the employees Hispanics I feel this location is racist and I will not be visiting no more or will I be recommending and because I couldn't get no kfc souce that I love I'm bashing this location every chance I get until they change that policy that you have to pay for souce you should at least get one but they gave me none then when I asked it was attitude city so that's why this location is all bad

The absolute worst service! I waited 10 minutes the manager (I believe) never acknowledged me. I finally asked is she could take my order for her to tell me I could use the kiosk. I told her I had cash ,so she took it all of 1 min . It took the other guy 2 min to prepare it and give it to me. The mgr never apologiz3d for the wait or said thank you for waiting. The worst customer service. I'm a manager at a bank sp customer is my job yes this was horrible! No wonder no o e likes Latinos this was the worst service from one Latina to another . Never again. Do better KFC

The employee Olga administered a very incompetent, discriminate, passive aggressive, toxic, jealous, devious, hateful and evasive interaction. Definitely not a reflection of company core values that you would expect when leadership is not on the ground and most certainly a stain on the company's image. Definitely not the standard for leadership, food-handling or customer service in any environment not just food &hospitality.

Terrible. The workers were so mean and all I asked for was a grimace shake and a McNugget meal. 0 stars do not recommend because they auctioned me off to a Mexican biker gang over a grimace shake. ?
They cancelled my delivery order at the time it was supposed to be delivered for no reason and they never pick up the phone when you call the restaurant worse restaurant

My first time in the field of work was KFC in ARCADIA,Ca I was 17 at that time 1988.. ever since then KFC is my choice for chicken. I remember when the real POPCORN CHICKEN. BBQ WINGS HAD JUST appeared in tv comercial as new product. I miss the original fruit pies they had back then. Other than history over all KFC IS MY CHICKEN dinning restaurant. Keep it going.
