Came to order 12piece original family meal and i was told to wait 15minutes i decided to come back in 15minutes and still they told me i had to wait another 15minutes because all the original chicken Was gone because ”first come first serve” the response is not good customer service at all so disappointed will not come back to this location.

This KFC is lame The manager here has bad customer service She ordered me to do something and when I tried to talk to her back she completely ignored me and closed the window on purpose It's funny because nobody was arguing with anyone but she decided to be annoyed for no reason Maybe she's on her period idk but that's not a reason to act like a fool.

I would check my order at the register before leaving if I was you, I was missing 3 items from my order. And they disconnected their phone when asked about it. Bad service.

I love KFC always have. But this place passed me off today. I ordered the 8 piece meal. My Mac and cheese was not only old but there was very little. And to top it off I was given legs and thighs only!!I did not order a special with legs only!!!I paid $31 for legs only. Kiss my giblets!! You put the "F" in KFCDarn crooks.

Worst customer service ever! I was just there 10 minutes ago at around 1:10pm and the girl at the window had the worst attitude. I noticed I didn't get straws when she handed me my food and I told her that I didn't get any. She responded with "That's why you ask for them"!!! How rude is that! Never going there again. If I could give 0 stars, then I would!

I like the chicken ( normally I have the breast) with the hot sauce is good the only thing I don't really like is since they give you a cookie witch is chocolate chip cookie because the food is hot but the time you gonna eat the cookie the chocolate is melted already so is better if they found a better way to put the cookie to avoid this.
