People who work here do not pay attention to the orders at all. You can order hours ago and they will still make it when you arrive to the store and have you wait at least 15 min!!! Do your job or quit. There is a reason people order online

Worst KFC I've ever eaten in my life. Extremely greasy and there was a hair inside the bucket. Very nasty. Worst experience I've ever had, I was confident because in Brazil the chicken breast is delicious, dry, crispy and boneless, but in Los Angeles the experience was terrible. With the bone it is super fatty. I didn't have the courage to eat. It was expensive and trashy.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The manager is rude and very impatient. I tried to explain to him that food items were missing from my order, and he suggested that the DoorDash driver took it.. He then put the person who bagged my order to confirm she forgot the items, thus contradicting his claim. I asked the manager if I could get a refund, and he raised his voice, continued to talk over me, and told me it "wasn't that big of a deal". The customer service is trash, and the management is poor. I'm not sure if he is stressed out or what but he has NO right to talk to people as the way he did me today. I wouldn't recommend anyone to even step foot in this place of business.

Owner here is a chill. He's local. He runs the business with his wife. They are both pretty cool. Other day before closing, owner offered me two more pieces on the hot/spicy wings. Very nice guy.

this KFC is very unsettling and DIRTY. the guy at the register was too lazy to make anything, but chicken tenders. he didn’t know when the restaurant was going to close and kept rushing me out. so unprofessional and RUDE.
Manager is rude and annoying he shouldn't be working there. He has an attitude and no patience! he does not listen to what's being said either. I tried to order and he got mad at me because he got my order wrong?? As if I didn't tell him correctly what I wanted twice. He still did not give the correct food items after being told those two times. He started aggressively putting my food away and throwing it around. He even gave me the wrong drink when I asked him to change it for the correct one he had the worst attitude. If I'm paying then I want what I ordered correctly. Did I mention he's the manager.... Poor service on his end.

This location I think the manager tall guy has a bad temper If he couldn't understand you in couple of seconds right away. He will immediately raise his voice and shut. too me and to the other customer also . . I think he probably too stressed.
