We ordered our food at the lunch truck versus the actual restaurant and the burritos seemed smaller than usual.

Don't get me wrong this place is good. Growing up in Los Angeles you could not have not heard of this place or have not at least eaten here once. It's a staple in Los Angeles. From someone that has been going here all his life. It's just not what it used to be. What I do look forward to on every visit is the red salsa.

When Los Angeles suffered the terrible recent heat wave, I went to the location across the street from the Metro Maravilla station in East Los Angeles because I'd become quite sick from what I NOW know was heat-stroke. Everyone just stared and looked at me as if I was something from a science fiction movie. I'd put my grocery items beside an end counter when the custodian began to tell me that I had to move my things. I told him to call LAPD, I wasn't going anywhere. ALL I needed was a cup of ice, (which costed nearly $5,) but I was so sick I would've paid $10. Now then... my money is exactly the SAME color as Mexican people and I would think that this establishment would be more in keeping with the customer and NOT the color of a customers skin, but I WAS discriminated against, I WAS treated VERY BADLY and I will NEVER EVER set ONE toe into, onto or in any way whatsoever i into a King Taco AGAIN!!!! Congratulations on your ONE star rating because ALL of you certainly earned it!!!!

I really liked the pure meat burrito, the type of meat was Asada. I added cheese to give it more flavor. But... The flour tortilla was very dry, and stiff, without flavor. The meat had a good lemon flavor, but nothing amazing. For the price, for my palate, I would not return. But many thanks to the ladies who assisted me, very kind.

Great food, served hot and pretty fast as for how busy they were. Prices are pretty decent for what they are today.

These king taco has some snotty-ass servers, waited in dining room and missed our # so when finally checked they said they put order to the side since no one came up to window. Other than that food was your usual king taco.
