I have visited this location a couple times in the past, and let me tell you I never waited more than 10 minutes after placing my order for my food. Yesterday was extremely ridiculous, and I'm forever pissed. Yesterday at 12:04pm I placed my order at the counter with Ana. After over 20 minutes of waiting & waiting I asked the manager where are my 2 tamales, she said there are orders ahead of me. What angered me is because the food is all cooked & ready to go. Why the hell does it take King Taco food staff FOREVER to roll a Burrito, make a sope or taco, to put 2 dam tamales in a bag??? Like come the hell on this is so so atrocious!! Several customers besides myself were complaining as well because like me they too were on a 30 minute lunch break! The manager then decides to take her break in the middle of the busy customer rush of orders pending our pickups. I received my order at exactly 12:34pm🤬. That was literally my entire lunch break standing there waiting for them to bag my food. Wow!!!! I will no longer eat here for lunch.
El Pollo Loco is much faster & directly across the street. Just the lack of consideration, compassion & convenience is what's missing from King Taco staff. Not sure if it's a cultural thing, but I doubt it because I've eaten at other Mexican restaurants and none were ever this slow, rude, and nonchalant towards their customers who keeps their doors open. King Taco needs a lot of improvements. My colleagues and I are Government employees, we do not have time to be inconvenienced on our 3p minutes lunch breaks. Try ridiculous!! Do better King Taco.

Rude employees from the front to the back. Normally I wouldn't mind if the food were delicious. But quality at this long time visited location has gone way down. Managers have to step it up and remember that at the end of the day the customer is the reason you can call yourself a King Taco employee. And keep in mind that you don't have to work there.

The people behind the counter could be more friendly, we are not there asking donations we are the customers the patrons, they should be more customer service oriented, food great I love it but you think twice to go because of service, tables could be wiped out more often not until you ask for

Food is decent , cost averages $20 per person , very spacious restaurant and plenty of parking
They change for refill even though there is no sign for it (no refill) when i asked the lady manager , she said this is it and basically take it or leave it . they charge you for green and red sauce (if you want Xtra) I did not see any lemon to have it with my taco. Never go back

This place is one best franchise in King Taco. Also you don't see help any other franchise restaurants displayed help on Disability person if they needs. Also most King Taco restaurants has tables for Disability. Clean lot space for wheel Walker and Chair. Thank you Maria who help me th orders and Rosa for store manager.
