We ordered to takeaway 2 quarter dark meat boxes and had to wait 40 mins. So I highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up. Like do that, don't walk up and order its so long! But the staff were so so lovely and really sorry, they kept it positive and sweet. So nothing wrong with them. The foods good and fresh and feels so healthy which is a nice feeling in the land of America! The chili sauce is soooooo delicious! The chicken is tender and I loved all the pickles that come with the quarter box.

Parking around the restaurant is definitely difficult. There’s one free spot right near the place, but it always seems occupied. There’s also a larger grocery store parking lot across the street, though I’m not sure how safe it is to leave your car there without risking a tow.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Ordering at the window is easy and straightforward. Seating is outside only, but the tables were clean.
Food was good, but honestly it felt a little pricey for what I ordered compared to similar places around LA.
I can’t say I’m in a rush to come back only because there are still so many other places I want to try. But if someone asked me whether it’s worth visiting, I wouldn’t say anything bad about it either.

Menu that easily accommodates vegan options - a bowl, some salad, a few pita options, the veg potatoes. Went with the veggie sandwich (without jammy egg) and though I wish the pita itself and the vegetables were warmed up, the sandwich hit the spot and didn't totally break the bank. Decent amount of outdoor seating right on Hollywood Blvd.

The veggie pita (jammy egg is a must) and the greek salad are my go-to’s. Both have great flavor pairings and the portion sizes are perfect. For a sweet treat, I love the peanut butter miso cookie. The chocolate and cardamom pudding cup is a fun option as well but if you don’t like certain textures it may not be for you.

At 10:00am, I placed a pickup order for 11:30am. When I arrived, they had not even sent the order to the kitchen. I am typing this as I wait for the order, and I am genuinely confused as to why it wasn’t sent to the kitchen sooner if my pickup time was set for 11:30am… ? And then that information wasn’t relayed to me until I went to the window for a second time and asked if I could start labeling the items that were ready (so I wouldn’t be holding up lunch for my office).
I decided to try this location because I had a negative experience at the Studio City location. However, I’m just as disappointed in the lack of consideration for my time. It seems like placing larger orders is an inconvenience for the workers at this restaurant chain, so I’ll inform the group I order lunch for that we’ll be taking a break from this restaurant for a while.
