I ordered a shrimp wonton soup and received a bowl of just broth and chicken. Not one wonton. Also, I didn't receive the brownie I ordered.

Great food and nice portions! Flavorful and slightly on the sweet side. Only wish that the rice quality could be improved which would be a nice complement to the other great flavors.

How do you do chicken SO WRONG?? For $15, you get a small portion of tasteless trash :(. The chicken has no taste to it yet the chicken broth tastes like they threw a boatload of salt to water and called it a day. I tried to fix it by adding more water and some sugar but wow they really just salted the s*** out of the broth it's literally sea water. How can you make a simple dish be so bad??? This dish is supposed to be about the tenderness and freshness of the chicken over rice with a side of warm soup that the chicken was cooked in. i'm just so upset they did a simple dish so wrong :((((((((( Stay away if you're looking for Hainan Chicken Rice; this ain't it.

UPDATE (4TH ORDER AND NOT COMING BACK):This is our 4th time ordering from Chickazzo (including another time via Postmates), and I will not be ordering from here again due to consistent declining quality of their food and service -- NOT worth their comparably high price (min $14).After the first order back in April, their quantity of chicken has gone down to what can only look like 1/2 chicken breast (for $14~16?! Are you kidding me..), and it just looks downright sad (see pictures for their volume/amount). Plus, I've paid extra for sauces since they started only giving 1/2 a container of sauce since my 2nd order. But they never made it to my order despite being charged in addition to lack of status update in my order. I had to call Grubhub for refund for the items that never arrived. If you have cravings for Hainan chicken, look for an alternative in WeHo or be a s***** and blow money here.TL;DR: Tiny portion for the price, skims on sauces, lack of attention to detail on ordered items, lack of communication on delivery status, declining quality of service and food.

Ordered the Pad See Ew. Quick review: No flavor and/or salt. 1 and done. You're better off ordering at a lil spot for 2//3 the price.

My friends and I ordered chicken garlic noodle for my dinner. So delicious and also they have my favorite crispy egg rolls. Yummmm

Gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I was missing Singapore and craving chicken rice so I thought I'd bite the bullet and try ordering from here. Chicken itself was bland (couldn't taste ginger at all, was it just plain chicken boiled in water?), and somehow a good 1/8th of my rice was hard and borderline inedible.I think also a significant disappointment was the portion size. For $13 USD I was expecting a bit more chicken than what I received. The photos deceived me a bit because I wasn't expecting the chicken pieces to be barely 1cm thick slivers, if even that (most pieces weren't). The chopsticks I used were wider around than the chicken. If I balled up all of the meat it would've maybe been roughly the same mass as the chicken patty from a McChicken. The soup was decent.I doubt I'll ever return because if I ever want a similar chicken bowl for a competitve price, I can get ~$6 chicken teriyaki from a Japanese restaurant on Santa Monica Blvd that's been around for decades. And if I'm ever craving proper chicken rice? At that point I might as well make it myself. For myself, Chickazo is in an awkward state of being too expensive for a quick and casual meal, but too flavorless and low quality for a nice meal out.

Chicken rice is the bomb! I love dark meat only. Juicy chicken with Thai spicy homemade sauce is really good combination. I would like to try other things on their menu :)

Everything here was very good. They have perfected cooking chicken. They have a nice variety of dishes that include chicken wings. The wings here are fresh, not frozen with a few varieties of sauces. The prices are actually good for the area, and the staff was welcoming on my first visit. If you are in the area, give Chickazo a try.

I don't know about the rest of the food, but the wings are really good!!! They are everything you want in a wing- crispy, moist chicken, good batter to chicken ratio, and delicious sauce. It's sweet, sticky, and has a little kick. I would honestly prefer a little more of the "kick" or some heat considering it says sriracha butter sauce- but they taste really good. $10 for 6 is a little steep...8 for $10 or $8 for 6 would seem a little more fair. But overall, definitely would come back here just for these wings.

The chicken teriyaki bowl was honestly disgusting... I am not a picky eater at all. And I was starving so this says a lot. I can't believe I paid $15.00 for that. It was pretty gross. So much chicken skin.. only dark meat. Two pieces of broccoli and it all tasted so old. Never again

This place is pretty good, decent sized portions the homemade spicy Thai sauce is tasty and the cucumbers reduce the heat. It also comes with a side of chicken broth. I'd definitely recommend this place.
