Overall Ralph's is a good grocery store with fresh bread daily. I was disappointed in their refrigerated meals in the deli section. I purchased roast beef and potatoes and it was almost tasteless. The potatoes were hard and it didn't taste like it had been seasoned. I also purchased a bowl of fresh berries which were very fresh and fresher than the other bowls of fresh produce from the other grocery stores in the area.

Ordered an hot dog, waited 25 mins, was told kitchen is backed up, went to the glass door, the cook chatting with his friends, after realizing I was stare, he then place the dog on the grill. Never again.Edit: at least they refunded me. Food itself wasn’t bad. Need serious oversight

Tried their personal pepperoni pizza. I wasn’t impressed but,satisfied my craving for pizza at lunch hour.

Tried two of the menus, burger sliders with tots and teriyaki chicken. Both were poorly cooked, tots tasted stale and the sliders were not good (slimy onions without much flavor and the cheese didn't compliment the burger), the rice with the teriyaki was soaked in so much sauce it was mushy and barely any chicken. I definitely don't trust the cooks if they are messing up so many items, can't believe they let these out of the kitchen without remaking them.
I ordered a vegan pizza but noticed the cheese tested different and was really stringy, so I went back to ask if it’s vegan cheese and they kept saying it was but I said it looks different than the vegan cheese I’ve usually had and they went to ask the cooks and it was real cheese :( They were hardly apologetic about it and remade it without asking me if I wanted a refund.

Wow what an amazing food option in Pasadena! My boyfriend and I came in for a quick lunch and we’re so impressed with all the restaurant options and cuisine types. The manager, Denise, came out to greet us and explain the concept + process. Denise was so friendly and easy to talk to, I’m not a chef but I would totally want to work under her guidance.They have a fridge with drinks and delicious looking cookies. Everything is high tech, they don’t accept cash but who is really only carrying cash these days. I will definitely be exploring their delivery options as well. Parking is available across the street- highly recommend checking them out if you’re hungry!!
