Kith West Hollywood

The staff there really didn’t seem to want to work. I asked a staff member for my size so I could try the shoes on. He told me to wait while he went to check. After a while, I found out he had gone off shift, and the other staff couldn’t even find where he put the shoes. Kith is not a low-end store. The staff should at least let their coworkers know before they leave. It wouldn’t take more than a minute.

I think the staff member’s name was Adrian. The store was packed, but only one lady was actually helping customers. The others were just standing around chatting. I waited in line to check out, and they were still there chit-chatting at the register. Really poor customer service and bad employee training. The service at Malibu or Beverly Hills is so much better.

This is the most dysfunctional company I’ve ever seen no one answers the telephone. It goes straight to voicemail. No, it’s awful. No sense of business or customer service whatsoever

Beautiful store in the heart of West Hollywood with some awesome individuals employed there, specially an individual that is always assisting not only myself but also the entire store bringing a smile to everyone’s face every time I see him in there. Shout out to you Josh for always making sure the customers come first and feel welcome… UK hospitality at its finest. Do not hesitate to make this your go to Streetwear destination in Los Angeles and ask for Josh Jarvis if he is available!

Visited the store yesterday. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes and didn't have any sizes I was looking for. However, JJ was so nice and patient with me and my daughter that I felt the need to write a review. He was so kind, we need more people like JJ lol. Hoping they have more in my size next time but looking forward to coming back :)

Just stopped by kith for the 1st time. Was with my teenage son looking for clothes and shoes for school. A guy named Josh assisted us. I don’t normally leave reviews but he really went above and beyond to make sure we left the store happy. He went out to the back to find alternatives when sizes were unavailable and his accent also helped haha. When we revisit the store we will certainly be looking for him! Thank you Josh!

I come here often, see what they have and sometimes the stuff switches out. I had an issue, that JJ was able to fix. They have a lot to choose from, usually never run into any problems here. They have good stuff. I'd recommend the store.

I've shopped at Kith in West Hollywood many times. Everytime I visit I get helped by the English man, Josh or JJ I think they call him . He's always polite and helpful and makes me and my family feel welcome. This is my favorite location to shop at and my experience is always great because of Josh. Thank you!

Only purchase for 2weeks wash 4times become like this . Poor quality

Came here to shop the new FW2025 collection, Josh (who helped me on my last visit) was there and helped me again. Josh provided excellent customer service, super friendly, and helped me get my items in a timely manner. shoutout to Josh for the superb customer service! A+

I know probably most peeps know Kith first time not because of the treats, but as a fashion brand. However, it was the opposite for me. It was one of my very first dessert spots when landing in La and easily got hooked.

They offered various cereal-themed mixed-ins, which will be blended with soft serve ice cream. The flat white, The Wifey, and Mama's Boy were definitely my top 3 from their signature house-curated menu. You could also BYO as you fancied.

Worry not, unlike the apparel store, the treat shop never had that long queue. The service was swift and you might take much longer trying to finish your dessert as it's pretty huge especially for non sweet-tooth. Well, no complaints as you could sit by the space right in front of it doing people-watching from those standing in line for the store LOL.

It’s always a pleasant shopping experience when I’m I’m visiting. Wide array of options, my son loves this location and working with Zay…he is always really helpful and he fineeeee !! lol

Nothing new. Not worth time, but had parking in the garage (where you enter). Weak snacks.

Both times I’ve shopped from Kith they messed something up. I bought a sweat set from them, confirmed that they are grabbing a size S from the back and they packed it up. I arrived home and upon opening realized the bottoms are a M not small. Their customer service/policies are terrible as they will only ship you new ones after they receive the other pair causing at least a 2 week delay. When you make a mistake you shouldn’t tell your customer to fix it.
