Lavender latte was great. But wait was long. So be mindful on how much time you may have before flight.

Need to give a shout out for the service. The ladies were very communicative, managed time expectations well and there was a sense of urgency in getting everyone’s orders in quickly before their flights.

As another review stated as well, they need to be retrained on how to speak with the elderly. The server yelled at a south Asian man who was just asking if he could buy his water at the cash register. He was polite even though she was not. She was completely fine talking to the lady with the fancy bag. Food is overpriced.

Probably some of the rudest staff members I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They were very short with an elderly gentlemen in front of me and refused his cash. When I stepped up to the counter the employee walked away and told me use the kiosk as she went back to doing menial tasks instead of helping the line of customers. I didn’t even need to order anything, just checkout with a water and cookie I got from the shelf.
Needs some serious retraining in customer service and management to enforce proper customs and courtesies.

Expensive as to be expected with airport food. Rude and unhelpful barista.

You know I was walking towards Gate 75 in T7 and I could smell aroma of fresh ground premium roasted coffee beans. Decided to go with a cappuccino after overhearing a European say that it was decent.
It is!

$23.30 for a thin slice of avocado toast and a small oat milk latte. Maybe I’m not used to LA prices and this is an airport, but it still feels crazy! Overall, food and coffee was just okay and the kiosk ordering process was chaotic so would be better off going to Starbucks, Dunkin, or somewhere else less expensive.

Stay away from this Place
proprietor has horrible attitude.!!!!
Coffee Quality if Ratedfrom 1 to 10, I rated it -1.
Food is spoiled, and when I asked for a exchange or refund proprietor, refused to make things right., Not to mention being completely impolite

As with a lot of airport things, prices are steep. I had breakfast here on the morning of July 21 and I have to praise the lady managing the shift. She stayed on top of things and stayed friendly even during busy times and with some customers being rude. Great work ethic!

I give this place 5-Stars because of the young female employee who calls herself “T”. Flying stinks enough, but she was so helpful, friendly, PATIENT and cheerful with everyone while I sat & enjoyed my bagel and coffee! I came here just to give her a shout out! :)

Their coffee sucks
Waited 20 minutes for coffee at 9:23am on a Sunday. It might *appear* less expensive than Ashland Hill but a 10% surcharge on top of list prices reduces the gap. Turkey pesto was decent tasting but it was ultimately just 4 slices of deli turkey with tomatoes for $17.80. Not the employees’ fault, they just seemed overwhelmed. Next time I’m at Terminal 7, I will go to Ashland Hill instead.
Having been a Klatch fan for the last six years, I was very dissappointed by the LAX location: no pourovers and no (true) cortados on the menu. I ordered a double-espresso machiato and blueberry struessel muffin. The drink was just OK (better than Charbucks), but the muffin was exceptionally good.
Don't judge Klatch coffee by the airport rep: their beans are world-class 3rd wave. Sadly, I didn't have time to visit any of their cafes during my LA visit.

Do not order from this place if you are on a rush, I have waited for 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and wasn’t able to get them at the end; wasted 37 bucks for air
