Worst customer service. The employees simply don't care. Drinks take forever. Ever since they went to the kiosk ordering, they don't pay attention at all to the cash register. I was trying to pay with cash and I could get the attention of any of the employees. The airport location doesn't meet the Klatch standards.

Line took forever at 7:30 am because only 2 people were working - why isn’t the establishment fully staffed at a very busy airport? Then when I got to the counter after waiting for 25 min, they were out of everything I wanted. Maybe put signs up that you are out of STAPLE items. Pathetic.

Good cup of black drip, beats others. Hectic pace near UA Gate 70A. $3.50 small is really reasonable, will return. Observed orders being delayed and some mixups but coffee worth it. Thanks K and wishing you another happy 30 years!

Similar to others, my coffee was an abomination. Acrid, bitter espresso with milk scalded to thermonuclear hot. Served by a manager that made no eye contact, didn’t respond to my greeting and seemed more interested in doing anything other than serve the customer infront of her. Never again.

TL; DR nothing of the cappuccino I had was done right: extraction not dialed in or beans are not fresh as it tasted hollow and plainly bitter; milk was frothed too hot to a point it lost sweetness, and big bubbles instead of micro-foam. can’t switch beans either.
I thought I’ve learned enough from past experience to never order coffee from an airport spot no matter how decent the roaster brand itself is.
Well, clearly not enough. I was lured by the big bean bags & especially the diversity of the beans; also by the long clean working surface and a barista constantly wiping the drip pans of those fancy espresso machines, seeming to care how their coffee is made & tastes. Heard good things of Klatch. Turns out these were all just for appearance.
I asked to switch the beans in a cappuccino to be an Ethiopian bean that they were apparently displaying right next to the cashier. Cashier didn’t seem to understand my request of switching beans - they thought I wanted to buy beans. Kinda weird experience compared to other specialty coffee roasters I’ve been to.
Coffee is not done right. Worse than Starbucks - not that Starbucks is any good. But it is fast, 2 minute wait time.
I hope I was just unlucky or maybe they were having a busy vacation season morning that they didn’t have time to dial in properly. Will give it another shot next time I stop by.

Serve spoiled food. Bakery items smelled spoiled and tasted discussing. Manager refunded money but screamed at me in front of the whole gate!!! Stay away!!!

I subscribe Klatch coffee beans every two weeks since 2020. However this place is not the Klatch I know. Awful coffee. No taste or flavor. Literally poured too much hot water.
