Stay away from this Place
proprietor has horrible attitude.!!!!
Coffee Quality if Ratedfrom 1 to 10, I rated it -1.
Food is spoiled, and when I asked for a exchange or refund proprietor, refused to make things right., Not to mention being completely impolite

As with a lot of airport things, prices are steep. I had breakfast here on the morning of July 21 and I have to praise the lady managing the shift. She stayed on top of things and stayed friendly even during busy times and with some customers being rude. Great work ethic!

I give this place 5-Stars because of the young female employee who calls herself “T”. Flying stinks enough, but she was so helpful, friendly, PATIENT and cheerful with everyone while I sat & enjoyed my bagel and coffee! I came here just to give her a shout out! :)

Their coffee sucks
Waited 20 minutes for coffee at 9:23am on a Sunday. It might *appear* less expensive than Ashland Hill but a 10% surcharge on top of list prices reduces the gap. Turkey pesto was decent tasting but it was ultimately just 4 slices of deli turkey with tomatoes for $17.80. Not the employees’ fault, they just seemed overwhelmed. Next time I’m at Terminal 7, I will go to Ashland Hill instead.
Having been a Klatch fan for the last six years, I was very dissappointed by the LAX location: no pourovers and no (true) cortados on the menu. I ordered a double-espresso machiato and blueberry struessel muffin. The drink was just OK (better than Charbucks), but the muffin was exceptionally good.
Don't judge Klatch coffee by the airport rep: their beans are world-class 3rd wave. Sadly, I didn't have time to visit any of their cafes during my LA visit.

Do not order from this place if you are on a rush, I have waited for 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and wasn’t able to get them at the end; wasted 37 bucks for air

Ordered an almond croissant. They'd run out! Took a chocolate one instead, which was awful, and expensive even by airport standards. It wasn't busy but it still took ages to produce the coffee. Avoid this place if you expect a pleasant coffee and pastry, it's expensive and tasteless.

Businesses who hide their high prices under service fees need to be shamed.

Person making the drinks was too busy looking for G notes than making orders.
Then after playing with every bill in the drawer she doesn't wash her hands and goes straight into shoving them into the ice container.

Extremely overpriced for awful coffee. I understand it’s airport pricing but $43 for two coffees and two egg sandwiches is criminal
The chai latte was so hot that I burnt my entire mouth and couldn’t drink it before boarding. Who makes a drink that hot? 😭
A coffee shop in abusy airport terminal- that doesn't take cash! Moving on to rhe next business.

The vanilla flavored latte is great. Not too much to complain for a cafe at airport.
