Noodles and Alfredo sauce were definitely not made in house. Noodles were from a box and the sauce was definitely from a can. If you know good ingredients you know this is not it. The workers were friendly and the bread was delicious but pricey.

Save your money and make pasta at home. Not terrible but the prices are very high for what you get. Just some basic pasta, they give a lot of food but you can seriously go to a good Italian restaurant in LA for the prices of the dishes here. Nothing special. Was a little let down, especially on the fact that there's so many good food spots within GCM.

The garlic bread with tomato sauce is a must!!! Absolutely delicious! In addition, I had the spaghetti with meatballs and it’s also delicious! The pasta is freshly made and their sauce is amazing, great ingredients!!!

This is a great option for Italian food at Grand Central Market. Chicken Parmesan sandwich, meatball sandwich and spaghetti & meatballs are amazing! Strawberry lemonade is delicious. Portions are big and it’s nice to see how they prepare your food in front of you. Served very warm! Friendly staff.

The wings were horrible, I don’t know if they were old or not done enough. The sauce was supposed to overpower it as I could guess, but it didn’t do the job…

amazing garlic bread! loved the spaghetti & meatballs but was very disappointed in the chicken alfredo - unfortunately very bland

Their pasta is hot right off the kitchen stove, and another example of a local LA establishment making food in this city a little more exciting. Don’t expect the boxes they give your food in to be halfway to the top, and also make sure you’re prepared for the noise of the market

Knead Noods is a must-visit if you’re craving fresh, handmade pasta in a lively atmosphere. I tried their Spicy Vodka Fusilli and an Arnold Palmer, and both hit the spot.

The Spicy Vodka Fusilli was fantastic. The sauce was rich and creamy and had just the right amount of heat to give it a kick without overwhelming the dish. The fusilli was perfectly cooked, with its ridges soaking up all that flavorful sauce. It was a comforting yet bold dish that I’d order again.

The Arnold Palmer was a refreshing complement to the pasta. It leaned slightly on the sweeter side, but the balance of tart lemonade and smooth iced tea made it an excellent thirst-quencher.

Overall, Knead Noods delivers on flavor, freshness, and quality. This spot is excellent for a satisfying and flavorful pasta fix if you're at Grand Central Market.

The chicken Alfredo was bland, no seasoning, just a watery taste to it, and the chicken was also bland, with the batter just falling off of it and being tasteless. The only redeeming factor for me was the parmesan fries

Texture of the pasta was gummy. Sauce tasted oily. I did not notice the pesto except for the color. Tasteless chicken. The staff member was friendly, but overall, this was a poor experience for me. Garlic cheese bread was fine, but threw the main course away. Lot to spend on something I could not eat.

The spicy wings were juicy and had a nice tangy flavour! Very messy to eat though!

The chicken parm dinner entree was extremely bland. I wish I had brought hot sauce or some red pepper flakes. I wish I had gotten something else, but from reading other reviews, that probably wouldn't have made any difference. Sadly, this one seems to check all the boxes in terms of having fresh, handmade ingredients, but fails in execution.
