I NEVER Complain about issues with Black businesses, Its hard enough competing in todays market, Unfortunately I feel compelled due to the service I recieved.

Few things are more upsetting than paying a premium for a product or service and Being Given EXACTLY WHAT YOU ASKED THEM NOT TO DO!

Had the gentleman who took my order NOT been so busy flirting with whoever was in front of him (I could hear him clearly) He might have gotten my order correct.

I asked two questions and made one simple request that was IGNORED.

Ill NEVER Order from you again Nor will I recommend you to ANYONE.

THANKS😓

I've been craving a good peace cobbler; we were 15 minutes away I remember my brother use to go here; we went, the banana pudding was good as far as the peach cobbler - not the taste I was looking for.

The crust threw me off and now I have to wait for another place I want to try, but it opens tomorrow. Now that I had it, I remember my brother telling me it wasn't the same the last time he had gone there, so he started going somewhere else (I wish I had remembered that before I went). I won't be back, my taste is all off over that crust.

This weekend at an event, The Kobbler King was one of the vendors selling cobbler and pecan pie…one for $12 or two for $20. I purchased two for $20 to show my support.

When the event ended, I noticed the vendor still had quite a bit of product left. I stopped by and asked what would happen with the leftovers, and he mentioned donating them to the homeless.

I was told my cobbler was freshly made that day, (Saturday) so I looked forward to enjoying it later. Unfortunately, when I went to eat it today, (Monday)
it was spoiled. I was really disappointed. I truly wanted to support a local business, but this experience reminded me why I dont do street vendors and left me concerned about food freshness and storage practices.

30+ in the business, and they STILL can't make good food, and they are so PRETENTIOUS. Their food matches their staff/owners' mentality= abhorrent. Even if they ever make a good cobbler, the staff's customer service is disgraceful. @staff/owners I hope you read this and understand what a disappointment you are to the community.

What kind of business in mid city would make this kind of post? Shows terrible culture.

Went to New Port Jazz Fest 2025, Sunday. This was the worst peach cobbler that I have ever had. The owner had the audacity to charge 17.00 for a 1.5oz container. Don't waste your time or money. You can make a full pan at home for half the cost and a much better quality.

I had to repost this from someone else's bad review. This was my exact experience:
This place would easily get 5 stars for being absolutely terrible. The gentleman that took my order was so nonchalant & arrogant about how good they are & how they been in business for 30yrs.

Queen Cobbler, you suck!!! Is a 0 Star possible?

The gentlemen taking orders at the front lacks manners and basic communication skills . The cobbler is also dry as hell . Very disappointed.

Tried their blackberry cobbler and banana pudding at the Las Vegas Foodieland. Not impressed at all. Crust on cobbler was not good at all and the blackberries were not sweet enough. The pudding was average.

Best peach Kobbler in town, worth the stop, they also have apple and berries kobbler. Got to call ahead of time if you want something bigger than a medium kobbler, worth it.

This is our go to place for cobbler and pies. We feel so lucky to have such a special place in our neighborhood. The peach cobbler is incredible but ultimate peach cobbler is far above and beyond anything you will ever taste. The pecan and sweet potato are also a favorite. They also have these small personal pies you can get when u get a craving. No place is better for pies! I am very very picky and I even give these pies as gifts to family, friends and neighbors. Trust! Worth EVERY penny.
