Absolutely wonderful! It's like taking a bite of LA. The perfect combination of Mexican and Korean to make food that's a true LA original.

I found this taco truck online a few months ago and I was really excited to check it out because I was in the area. I got the world famous short rib tacos and burrito, along with the Sriracha bar. I loved the tacos and burrito! The galbi flavors really came through. I was curious about the Sriracha bar though. I ordered it because it was unique and I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a rice crispie bar with caramel filling dipped in chocolate. I didn't taste any Sriracha until my last 3 or 4 bites. If the Sriracha was more thoroughly mixed throughout the bar, I would have enjoyed it much more.

Full disclosure, I came here looking for Roy Choi's new venture - Tacos Por Vida. It wasn't open because they had a soft opening and will re-open at a later date. No biggie. I was hungry so I stayed and ordered from the truck. I went to the brick and mortar a few times when it was open across the street as well. If you don't know by now, the Kogi trucks started a little over a decade ago and was fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors in classic taco truck items. On this particular trip, I ended up getting the Tofu Kogi burrito. I was trying to chill on the meat eating. Definitely tasty and with the Korean flavors really coming through on this. During my previous visits (in the Kogi Taqueria), I've had the sliders, kimchi quesadilla, World Famous Short Rib Burrito, Blue Moon Mulita, and carnitas taqueria style taco. All were pretty tasty, but my favorite item has to be the short rib burrito. The service was pretty standard in terms of taco trucks (in a good way). Parking at that particular time of night was pretty easy. Plenty of street parking nearby.

Wow this place is amazing. I live close and always drove by wondering what the crowd was about as it’s just an unassuming truck. I finally tried it and am in awe at how good it is! We tried the sliders, quesadillas, pork tacos, and bbq beef burrito because we couldn’t decide what to get. It was all amazing and the sliders tasted very similar to pork buns - just on a bun like for hamburgers! It was delicious! I feel like you can order anything and you won’t go wrong. Please try it!

Ordered via UberEats, took 50mins to arrive but then instead of the tacos I ordered, the order came with fries. Called all the numbers available on their website, yelp, TripAdvisor and Google, nobody picked up. No customer service what so ever. Very disappointing

Quality of meats were really fatty & hard to chew..tougher than beef Jerry. Flavor was weird tasting even for fusion foods. This is a roach coach truck NOT a brick & mortar establishment which they claim on their social media sites. Guy taking orders either doesn't know or deaf for he got my order wrong. Sorry NEVER AGAIN will I return. My reviews have so many views due to my honesty. Just keeping it REAL ???Parking: Good luck finding parking in that area due to newly built apartment buildings.

Kogi exceeds all expectations and encompasses the perfect, authentic taste of what LA food is. Their take on Korean inspired fusion dishes are top notch and there really isn't a wrong choice. The menu and options are straightforward while offering a slight upcharge for extra meat. Their prices can't be beat for the quantity and quality of food they provide. It can be challenging finding a parking spot during busy hours, but it's worth the wait and parking hassle.

I think the Korean Mexican fusion is interesting. And I can definitely taste the fusion of flavors. I liked the galbi tacos. If you're interested in Korean Mexican fusion, then this is a good place to try. I just wish there were seating options nearby.

I had the pleasure of dining at Kogi Taqueria and I was impressed by the unique twist they put on traditional tacos. The combination of Korean BBQ flavors with classic Mexican ingredients was a delightful surprise, and the food was both flavorful and satisfying. The friendly staff and casual ambiance made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

5 Stars. 10 out of 10. Two thumbs up! Thank you Roy Choi for bringing your take of Korean-Mexican mashup fusion flavors into the world. Cannot get enough. Love your food.

Solid food and still reasonably priced. Parking can sometimes suck but the fast service and good food make up for it. I usually get the short rib burrito but everything is pretty tasty.

Gotta love your LA fusions. This place is Korean/Mexican and they do an excellent job of merging two cuisines that one would not think would mesh well together into a lovely marriage of flavors. I had the kimchi quesadilla and it was a true chef's kiss. For just under $9 I received a large, steaming quesadilla filled with melty cheese and wonderfully favored kimchi. And the sauce...oh my gosh the sauce. I would drink that stuff. They have a fair amount of other options as well, including plenty of meat for the carnivores. Definitely check Kogi out for a unique and delicious taste experience!

We had this truck at Kindred Hospital this evening and the woman serving was super rude to a lot of us. Get a better attitude if ur gonna be in food service please. We don't appreciate it.
