Great place for a quick bite!

Ordered a purple passion, which was quite good. However, my gf ordered a “Green” drink. Green… really? Was told it was because of the carrots that day, but she used to work a juice bar, and knows that they just didn’t want to deal with packing greens into the blender. 10.50$ for apple carrot juice? Might as well get a Naked Smoothie.

Waited 12 minutes for them to heat up a soup that was already premade only to find it was still cold when I got it, so I had to go back to ask them to heat it up again and it took them 20 more minutes to heat up. While the soup is delicious, waiting 30 minutes to heat up a premade soup that is super quick at every other location was really weird when I was the only one in the store.

I’m a regular and i had my first bad experience this morning. Today i came in for the BOGo. The employees that I recognized were super welcoming as always, but there was a guy I have never seen before ( bald, middle aged) who seemed like a manager and was very rude and pushy. He spoke down to me AND ALSO to the other employees which really didn’t sit right with me at all.
I really hope this was a one off thing and I hate to leave a bad review for my local spot but this was truly so bizarre.

Immensely, unnecessarily overpriced. A wrap should not be $15 and have the same quality as 711. Ordered an Iced Latte with Oat Milk and for some reason, the barista felt the need to steam my milk and then pour it over ice??? There were no other people and no orders, and yet somehow my drink still took some time to make. Complaints aside, my latte was not bad. The incomprehensible ridiculous prices and the genuine laziness of the staff will keep me away from this place. Which is a bummer because I work at the elementary school right next door.

All smoothies are delicious but you can’t leave without having the Choco Açaí bowl! The girls (Sunny, Frida and Andrea) at the Sunset Store are always so happy and cheerful. Plus they have fun upbeat music to get your day going. Love this place!

I stopped by this Kreation location after a hike in the area to get a good smoothie. Danny hooked it up with a delicious smoothie and definitely made me want to return soon next time I’m in the area. If you love good smoothies I’d say definitely stop by and grab yourself something to keep you going after a solid workout. They have an outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy your smoothie on Sunset Blvd so definitely a good place to hang with your dog or with your friends if you stop by.
