1. CUSTOMER SERVICE, does NOT seem to be an IMPORTANT element of selling to the employees! The staff person assigned to taking your order, does NOT greet you AT ALL! The first words out of their mouths are: "what can I get you"? (Who trains these employees)?
2. SENIOR DISCOUNTS, 10% are not posted ANYWHERE! So, if you are NOT proactive with researching Senior Discounts, the staff will NOT tell you about it!
