We got there at 9:50pm last night 5/1 and we were about to step in along with another guy and one of the workers had already locked the door and said they were closed, the guy proceeded to tell her it wasn’t 10pm yet and she said very firmly “WE ARE CLOSED, JUST GO ON THE DRIVE THRU”. He ended up leaving, we went on to the drive thru to order and I had ordered 3 dozens half choc, half glazed and on one of them I ordered a strawberry iced. I added and extra dozen glazed at the window before I was charged and then I was only handed 3 dozens and when I asked the cashier she responded kind of rude and giving me attitude asking which dozen was she missing if she had given me the dozen half and half and the one that contained the strawberry iced and the one I had just added at the window. I had to explain to her I had ordered 2 half and half so then she charged me for it and she seemed upset about it.

Okay so just once I went to Krispy Kreme it was so sweet. It wasn't like diabetic sweet like damn that's going to kill me but it was a little on the street side it was tolerable. It was so good. I got like a little strawberry sprinkle donut. It was super delicious. The customer service great. They're so nice. They're so generous. I think the prices are very good. It's close by. You know I love me some close by stuff. I appreciate everything that they did and they were just like super nice to me and they deserve five stars but the food is definitely for those who have sweet tooth. Maybe not say the food in the hole but like the donuts that I got it was like Grandma Valentine's Day but it's definitely for a sweet tooth people. But if you want something sweet here and there, Krispy Kreme is your place yeah.

It was my 62nd Birthday and my friend was taking me on a road trip. We had not had a KK in 12 years as all of them had closed in our town (very unfortunately!). It took us two hours to finally locate and achieve arriving to KK from the 405. After indulging in FOUR donuts & a caramel coffee, I honestly would have driven two days for those melt-in-my-mouth out-of-this-world delicious delightful DONUTS! I will not ever go without having KK as long as I live! Best Birthday ever! Thank you KK??! (I had heard all KK had closed; so happy my friend heard different and we found it).

the manger for today (3/15) is horrible! idk how he’s in leadership. he acts like he’s the city manager. i ordered 15 GREEN ASSORTED DONUTS AND I GOT ALL GLAZED, which i did not want! when explaining this to him he started repeatingx2 “we only have green donuts” not hearing nor paying attention to what i was saying or what the actual problem was. then has the audacity to tell me to calm down after clarifying to him what the issue was! he should not have started assuming and yelling then gets upset when i yell back, come on now !!i feel bad for the customers and staff there having to deal with a egoistic supervisor! he needs to learn to listen to customers concerns instead of assuming and talking to me like a child “wE OnLy HaVe GrEeN dOnUtS” what a rude individual and “manager”.
